Abstract
L'invention concerne un dispositif de traitement de recyclage commandé et différencié pour une batterie usagée, comprenant un boîtier de dispositif. Une pluralité de cavités de broyage sont formées à l'intérieur du boîtier de dispositif le long de la direction de la longueur du boîtier de dispositif ; des modules de broyage sont agencés à l'intérieur des cavités de broyage ; des servo-cavités sont formées sur deux côtés de chaque cavité de broyage à l'intérieur du boîtier de dispositif ; une pluralité de modules de coupe sont disposés symétriquement à l'intérieur des servo-cavités de manière à faire face directement à la cavité de broyage ; et un ensemble de criblage est disposé à une position au-dessous des modules de broyage à l'intérieur du boîtier de dispositif. Selon la présente invention, pendant le broyage et le recyclage d'une batterie sèche usagée, pour les caractéristiques de la batterie sèche utilisée que la forme cylindrique n'est pas propice à la combinaison et il y a des couches interne et externe, l'objectif d'écrasement et de recyclage ordonnés peut être obtenu, de telle sorte que la batterie sèche peut être recyclée et séparée pour obtenir des débris de boîtier, un électrolyte en vrac en poudre, une tige d'électrode positive complète et similaire, ce qui facilite considérablement la classification et le recyclage ultérieurs de la batterie sèche ; de plus, le dispositif présente un degré élevé d'automatisation et permet de mettre en œuvre facilement une production et une utilisation efficaces et sûres.
