Abstract

La présente invention concerne un nouveau produit fongicide obtenu à partir d’un milieu de culture liquide d’une souche de la moisissure aspergillus nidulans (ccmmp34). Le traitement de la tomate en post récolte avec ce fongicide permet de prolonger la durée de conservation de ce fruit contre les avaries causées par l’alternaria alternata. Ce produit fongicide est destiné à être utilisé par pulvérisation sur les tomates ou par immersion de ces dernières pendant 1mn après leur récolte et pendant leur encaissage. Il est aussi destiné à être utilisé en tant qu’aérosol des habitations humides à risque de contamination par les moisissures allergènes (alternaria, cladosporium, stemphylium penicillinum et botrytis), son efficacité a été démontrée par la résistance du papier peint à la contamination par l’alternaria alternata après traitement avec ledit fongicide
