Abstract

Le dispositif de fabrication de modules volumiques comprend un cadre avec une plate-forme plate, deux panneaux longitudinaux, d’extrémité et de balcon, une jupe et un noyau. On a fixé sur le cadre des rails, une jupe servant de base à la future chambre de bloc et un noyau à direction verticale. Le noyau à direction verticale est doté de crics hydrauliques de levage et d’abaissement et les paires de panneaux longitudinaux, d’extrémité et de balcon sont munis de crics hydrauliques, de vibreurs, d’un système de verrou pour la fixation du montage du panneau d’extrémité avec les panneaux longitudinaux dont le mouvement s’effectue à l’aide de crics hydrauliques par des chariots se déplaçant le long des rails. A l’intérieur de la cavité de chaque panneau et noyau on a prévu une chemise de vapeur assurant le réchauffement et une prise de solidité de l’article.
