Abstract

L'invention concerne des compositions et des méthodes d'atténuation de dépôts dans des installations d'acide phosphorique et de phosphate d'ammonium. Les compositions d'atténuation de dépôts de l'invention peuvent être ajoutées à de l'acide phosphorique avant ou pendant la concentration dans le cycle d'évaporation d'une installation d'acide phosphorique. Les compositions retardent la formation de dépôt sur des surfaces en contact avec l'acide phosphorique, et ainsi le temps entre les nettoyages est allongé et la productivité de l'installation augmente. En outre, le dépôt qui se forme est plus mou et plus facilement nettoyé des surfaces, réduisant le temps de non-fonctionnement de l'installation et/ou de l'évaporateur. L'invention concerne également des méthodes d'atténuation de la formation de dépôt dans la production d'acide phosphorique et des installations de manipulation d'acide phosphorique. Dans les méthodes, les dépôts s'accumulent plus lentement et sont plus mous, plus tractables et plus facilement nettoyés des surfaces auxquelles ils adhèrent.
