Abstract

L'invention concerne un immeuble à appartements comportant des étages à appartements superposés, au moins un des étages à appartements comportant des unités appartements (1) adjacentes pourvues : d'une enveloppe (2) extérieure d'un conteneur parallélépipédique, lequel comporte une surface de support (6), une couverture (7), jusqu'à deux parois latérales (8) et jusqu'à deux parois frontales (9, 10) ; d'un espace intérieur parallélépipédique (3), lequel comporte respectivement une longueur de bord d'au moins 2 m, un fond praticable (12) à insonorisation des bruits de pas (17), un plafond (13) et jusqu'à quatre parois de pièce (14, 15) ; un espace intermédiaire (4), formé entre la couverture (7) et les parois (8) d'un côté et le plafond (13) et les parois de pièce (14) d'un autre côté ; et une isolation thermique monolithique (5) en mousse de polyuréthane rigide dans l'espace intermédiaire (4). L'invention concerne en outre un procédé de fabrication d'une telle isolation thermique (5).
