Abstract
La présente invention concerne des procédés de préparation d'un produit alimentaire en poudre et des produits alimentaires en poudre pouvant être obtenus par les procédés. L'invention concerne également des procédés de préparation d'un stock alimentaire et des stocks alimentaires pouvant être obtenus par ces procédés, ainsi que des procédés de préparation d'un bouillon alimentaire, des bouillons alimentaires pouvant être obtenus grâce aux procédés et un dispositif de préparation de tels bouillons alimentaires. Les méthodes et les produits pouvant être obtenus par ces méthodes trouvent une utilité dans le domaine culinaire de la préparation de bouillons et de bouillons.
