Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de gazon artificiel (1400). Le procédé comprend l'étape de création (100) d'un mélange polymère (400, 500, 600), le mélange polymère comprenant un polymère stabilisateur (402), un polymère en masse (404), une combinaison de polymère ignifuge, et un agent de compatibilité (406). Le polymère de stabilisation et le polymère en masse sont non miscibles. Le polymère de stabilisation comprend des fibres entourées par l'agent de compatibilité à l'intérieur du polymère en masse. Le polymère de stabilisation est aramide. La combinaison de polymère ignifuge est un mélange de triazine et de mélamine. Le procédé comprend en outre l'étape d'extrusion (102) du mélange polymère en un monofilament (706). Le procédé comprend en outre l'étape de trempe (104) du monofilament. Le procédé comprend en outre l'étape de réchauffage (106) du monofilament. Le procédé comprend en outre l'étape d'étirage (108) du monofilament réchauffé (706') afin d'aligner les fibres les unes par rapport aux autres et pour façonner le monofilament en une fibre de gazon artificiel. Le procédé comprend en outre l'étape d'incorporation (110) de la fibre de gazon artificiel dans un support de gazon artificiel (1406).
