Abstract
La présente invention porte sur un procédé pour traiter de l'eau et sur l'utilisation de carbonate de calcium dans un tel procédé. En particulier, la présente invention porte sur un procédé pour la reminéralisation d'eau, lequel procédé comprend les étapes consistant à : (a) fournir de l'eau d'alimentation ayant une concentration de dioxyde de carbone d'au moins 20 mg/l, de préférence dans une plage de 25 à 100 mg/l, et de façon plus préférable, dans une plage de 30 à 60 mg/l, (b) fournir un coulis aqueux comprenant du carbonate de calcium micronisé, et (c) combiner l'eau d'alimentation de l'étape (a) et le coulis aqueux de l'étape (b) afin d'obtenir une eau reminéralisée.
