Abstract
الأسمنت المسلح للاختراع الحالي العازل الحراري، المقاوم للحريق والماء، نفَّاذ للماء، مرن وخفيف الوزن، نسبة الحجم/ الكثافة اقل من 500 كلغ/م³ ومشَكّل من كرات البوليستيرين يسمح بضمان العزل الحراري والصوتي للجدران والسقوف،الحد من نفاذيتها للماء أو قدرة امتصاص الماء وتعزيز مقاومتها للنار، مع الحفاظ على قدرتها على أن تكون نفاذية للهواء والرطوبة، وذلك في إطار كل من ترميم المباني القديمة أو البناءات الجديدة. يتشكل هذا الأسمنت المسلح من كرات البوليستيرين، أو البوليسترين المعاد تأهيله،من قطر بين 1 و10 ملم، من الماء، من الأسمنت ومن رابط عضوي (بوليمير) مختلط بالاسمنت، هذه الهوموبوليمرات،الكوبوليميرات والتيربوليميرات هى قابلة للذوبان و/ أو يمكن تشتيتها في الماء. نظرا لاستخدام هذا الرابط العضوي (بوليمير)،يمكن خلط كرات البوليسترين بسهولة بالرابط غير العضوي المختلط وبالماء. ويمكن للمادة العازلة للحرارة المحصل عليها أن يكون تناسب للحجم/ الكثافة يساوي 100 كلغ/م³ حسب كمية هذه الروابط. هذه المواد الجاهزة للاستخدام يمكن تزييتها، ضخها،صبها؛ وبفضلها يمكن بناء جدران من اللوحات،من القرميد أو ممتلئة، وابتداء من تناسب للحجم/ الكثافة يساوي 300 كلغ/م³ ، يمكن أيضا طلاؤها بالجبس.يمكن للأسمنت أن يكون اسمنتا خليطا مستبدلا بالجبس. يمكن لكرات البوليسترين أن تكون كرات مختلطة أو مستبدلة بمادة مشَكّلة من حُبيبات غير منفذة للرطوبة،حيث نسبة الحجم/ الكثافة اقل من 400 كلغ/م³.Reinforced cement for the present invention Thermal insulation, fireproof and waterproof, permeable, flexible and lightweight, volume / density ratio less than 500 kg / m³ formed by polystyrene balls allows to ensure thermal and acoustic insulation of walls and ceilings, reducing its water permeability or water absorption capacity and enhancing its resistance For fire, while maintaining its ability to be permeable to air and moisture, both within the restoration of old buildings or new constructions.
