Abstract

Cette invention concerne un broyeur à cylindres (1) destiné à broyer des matières particulaires, telles que des matières premières de ciment, des scories de ciment et des matières similaires, ledit broyeur à cylindres comprenant une table de broyage sensiblement horizontale (3) et au moins un cylindre fonctionnant en interaction avec celle-ci (4) configuré pour tourner autour d'un axe de cylindre (6) au moyen de l'utilisation d'un palier (7) pour le cylindre. Ledit broyeur comprend en outre un système de circulation en circuit fermé pour un lubrifiant destiné à lubrifier le palier (7) pour le cylindre. Ledit système de circulation comprend un réservoir (9), des conduits (10) pour alimenter en lubrifiant le palier (7) pour le cylindre, et des conduits (11) pour faire recirculer le lubrifiant à partir du palier (7) pour le cylindre. Une particularité du broyeur à cylindres tient au fait qu'il comprend des moyens formant pompe (20) qui sont entraînés par la rotation du cylindre (4), et qui comprennent une première partie (21) montée sur l'axe de cylindre (6) et une seconde partie (22) montée sur le cylindre (4) et tournant avec celui-ci. Ainsi est obtenue une pompe foulante autorégulatrice qui fournit, pendant le fonctionnement du broyeur, une contribution de pression significative pour la recirculation du lubrifiant vers le réservoir, et dont le débit est proportionnel à la vitesse de rotation du cylindre et donc à la demande en lubrifiant.
