Abstract

L'invention concerne un récipient de cuisson muni d'un manche (10), en particulier pour casserole ou poêle, dont la zone de manche (15) est en métal. Pour ce faire le manche présente au moins une première section (12) de fixation essentiellement métallique pour fixation au récipient de cuisson, une section de transition (13) et une zone de manche essentiellement métallique (14, 15). La section de transition (13) présente en coupe transversale une section transversale métallique s'effilant par rapport aux sections voisines (12 et 14, 15), ladite section de transition (13) étant toujours constituée soit d'une section métallique (23) reliée d'un seul bloc avec les sections voisines (12 et 14, 15) et d'une pièce de céramique (90) soit uniquement d'une pièce de céramique, les pièces de céramique (90) étant connectées par coopération de forme avec les sections métalliques (12, 23, 14) limitrophes voisines. On obtient ainsi une conduction thermique réduite dans la zone de manche (15), sans compromettre la stabilité du manche (10).
