Abstract

La présente invention concerne des produits mousses présentant des densités en expansion libre allant de 0,05 à 0,22. Ces produits sont obtenus en mettant en réaction au moins un polyol avec au moins un prépolymère isocyanate, en présence d'une quantité de microsphères expansibles qui va de 1,0 % à 30 % en poids, sur la base du poids dudit polyol, et d'une quantité d'agent d'expansion qui va de 0,5 à 0,1 fois la quantité de microsphères, puis en mettant en oeuvre une étape d'expansion polymère à une température qui est suffisante pour provoquer l'expansion des microsphères.
