Abstract

La présente invention concerne un récipient refermable pour boissons comprenant un capuchon qui se déplace entre des positions de rangement, d'ouverture, de retrait et de fermeture. Des rampes sont utilisées pour augmenter une force d'ouverture généralement produite par l'engagement entre la cavité et le capuchon. Un élément de scellement élastomère est placé entre le capuchon et la cavité de sorte que lorsque le capuchon est enfoncé à fond dans la cavité ou en position hermétiquement fermée, il se crée un joint étanche à l'air ou au moins sensiblement étanche à l'air qui empêche toute fuite du contenu du récipient. D'autres améliorations sont décrites, notamment une structure de trait prédécoupé dans la paroi inférieure de la cavité qui facilite une ouverture prévisible et reproductible du récipient le long du trait prédécoupé. Il est prévu un préhenseur comprenant un espace dans lequel une pièce ou un autre objet peuvent être insérés pour procurer au consommateur une meilleure prise en main afin d'exercer une force d'ouverture adéquate.
