Abstract

The invention relates to the field of industrial and civil building, namely, to the devices and systems for fastening composite facade panels. Technical result consists in securing stable fixation of composite facade panel during its long use (even in the case of partial exfoliation of the material of panel) and preventing the deformation of composite facade panels under the action of weather conditions and meteors, providing also simplified construction of curtain facade system and for decrease of the labor expense for the production of profiles and installation of panels, and also material consumption of profile for fastening composite facade panels and entire curtain facade system. The posed problem is solved by the creation of hat profile for fastening of composite facade panels (1), that has shelves, located on three levels: upper shelves (2), that are the bearing surfaces of the composite facade panels (1) ensuring transfer of wind loads on the profile and preventing the deformation of composite facade panels (1) under the action of weather conditions and meteors, lower shelves (3) located at a distance, equal to the depth of the composite facade panel (1), used for fastening composite of facade panels (1) to the hat profile for the preventing displacement of the panel (1) in the horizontal direction, and also for fastening of hat profile with another profile and/or carrying bracket (4) and middle shelves (5) intended for fastening holders (6) to which hang up composite facade panels (1). The posed problem is also solved by the fact that in the proposed construction of hat profile are used the holders (6) for suspending the composite facade panels (1); the holders are made in the form angle bar and put in the cut of L-shaped form in the opposite walls of hat profile in such a way that one of the shelves of each holder (6) comes into contact with the appropriate pair of middle shelves (5). The use of holders (6) of the proposed form makes it possible to give additional stability to hat profile, to ensure reliable support for suspending the composite facade panel (1), and also to considerably decrease the material consumption and to simplify the element of the construction for the suspension of facade panel (1).
