Abstract
The present invention pertains to the building materials and could be used for production of bricks, blocks and other lightweight ceramics' goods. The ceramic mass comprises clay (M) 30 to 80 weight-ratio, dolomite (D) 20 to 70 weight-ratio and burn-able additions, for example 5 to 23,5 weight-ratio sawdust or polishing-dust. The offered mixture for ceramic mass allows to sink firing-temperature and allows to permit increases of mechanical strength as result of hydraulic hardening-process. The goods are made by using quasi-dry pressing method at pressure of 10 MPa. The goods are dried and fired during one and half hours at the temperature of 800 0C and after that are hydraulic hardened 30 min. Hydraulic hardening-process is realised by immersing in water and after that goods are kept 2 weeks in moist area (optimal regime). The mechanical strength is increased for fired goods to 105-341 % as result of hydraulic hardening-process.
