Abstract
Invention pertains to the field of producing vodka drinks and liqueurs. The recipe of brandy is described. Composition of ingredients for the brandy contains spirituous raisins fruit juice in the amount of 11,0-14,0 vol.%, spirituous infusion of walnuts in the amount of 12,0-18,0 vol.%, three to five years maturated cognac spirit in the amount of 6,0-11,0 vol.%, aromatizer in the amount of 0,075-0,095 vol.%, burnt sugar in the amount of 0,3-0,7 vol.%, 65,8 % sugar syrup in the amount of 2,5-3,5 weight% and the remainder is water-spirit solution.
