Claims (21)
- LV 11294 IZGUDROJUMA FORMULA 1. Metode laminēta cauruļveida korpusa nepārtrauktai izgatavošanai, kas ietver stadijas: slokšņu materiāla (5) sloksnes pretējo garenisko malu (21) savilkšana ciešā tuvumā, minēto garenisko malu savienošana, lai izveidotu cauruļveida korpusu, kam ir iekšējā virsma un ārējā virsma, doba plastmasas oderēšanas elementa (1) ekstrudēšana minētā cauruļveida korpusa iekšpusē, dobā oderēšanas elementa izplešana cauruļveida korpusa iekšpusē, lai veidotu būtībā nepārtrauktu oderējumu, kas atšķiras ar to, ka slokšņu materiāls ir lokans un vismaz daļēji elastīgs, un ka iekšējais un ārējais spiedieni tiek realizēti vienlaicīgi, lai iekšējo oderējumu blīvi piespiestu minētai iekšējai virsmai, tādējādi nepārtraukti izgatavojot laminētu cauruļveida korpusu, un sagriež nepārtraukti izgatavoto laminēto cauruļveida korpusu iepriekš izvēlētos garumos.
- 2. Metode saskaņā ar 1. punktu, kur vismaz minētais ārējais spiediens tiek realizēts ar piespiešanas ruļļa palīdzību, kas ietver vismaz vienu piespiešanas ruļļu (15) komplektu, kas novietots apļa veidā apkārt minētā cauruļveida korpusa ārpusei.
- 3. Metode saskaņā ar 2. punktu, kur minētā piespiešanas ruļļa ierīce veic arī stiepšanu, lai stieptu oderējumu gareniski, kamēr tas tiek piesaistīts cauruļveida korpusam.
- 4. Metode saskaņā ar 1. punktu, kas ietver vismaz viena cauruma (22, 23, 25) veidošanas stadiju minētajā cauruļveida korpusā minētā oderējuma izplešanai tā, ka minētais oderējums nesaistīts un nesaliekts tiek izstiepts caur vismaz vienu minēto caurumu, lai veidotu noblīvētu izliekumu (24), kas izvirzīts ārpus minētā cauruļveida korpusa ārējās virsmas. 2
- 5. Metode saskaņā ar 1. punktu, kur minētais dobais oderēšanas elements tiek izplests cauruļveida korpusā ar iekšēja šķidruma spiediena palīdzību.
- 6. Metode saskaņā ar 4. punktu, kur dobais oderēšanas līdzeklis tiek izplests tā, lai izstiepts caur minēto caurumu (25) formētu uzgali (26), kas izveido kanālu šķidruma pārvadīšanai laminārā cauruļveida korpusa iekšienē.
- 7. Metode saskaņā ar 6. punktu, kur uzgalis ir apgādāts ar noslēgšanas elementu, kas izveidots ar roku atbrīvojama plastmasas izvada (28) veidā.
- 8. Metode saskaņā ar 7. punktu, kas bez tam ietver samazinātas stiprības līnijas (29) veidošanas stadiju starp minēto uzgali (26) un minēto pārlaidumu (28), lai atvieglotu pārlaiduma atdalīšanu.
- 9. Metode saskaņā ar 7. punktu, kur izvads (28) ir veidots, saplacinot uzgaļa gala daļu.
- 10. Metode saskaņā ar 4. punktu, kas ietver liela daudzuma minēto noblīvēto izliekumu izveidošanas stadiju, lai veidotu reljefu satveršanas virsmu.

- 13. Metode saskaņā ar 12. punktu, kas bez tam ietver minētā oderēšanas elementa minēto starpposmu komplektēšanas un noblīvēšanas stadiju, lai izgatavotu savstarpēji saistītu atsevišķi noblīvētu laminētu cauruļveida korpusu sēriju (52).
- 14. Metode saskaņā ar 13. punktu, kas bez tam ietver katra minētā savstarpēji saistītā laminētā cauruļveida korpusa atdalīšanas stadiju, lai izgatavotu atbilstošus atsevišķus korpusus, kas nav noblīvēti nevienā galā, vai noblīvēti vienā vai abos galos.
- 15. Metode saskaņā ar 12. punktu, kur minētie cauruļveida korpusi tiek pārvietoti gareniski ar ātrumu, kas lielāks kā tas, ar kādu tiek ekstrudēts dobais oderēšanas elements, tādā veidā pastiprinot garenisku stiepšanu oderēšanas elementā.
- 16. Metode saskaņā ar 12. punktu, kur laminētie cauruļveida korpusi tiek piepildīti vienlaicīgi vai īsi pēc tam, kad dobais oderēšanas elements ir izplests, ar pildīšanas kanāla palīdzību, kas ir savienots ar minēto formēšanas instrumentu.
- 17. Metode saskaņā ar 1. punktu, kur minētais oderēšanas elements tā izplešanas laikā tiek karsēts, lai nodrošinātu pielipšanu cauruļveida korpusa iekšējai virsmai.
- 18. Iekārta laminēta cauruļveida korpusa nepārtrauktai izgatavošanai, pie kam minētā ierīce ietver: līdzekli (7) slokšņu materiāla sloksnes pretējo garenisko malu savilkšanai ciešā tuvumā, 4 līdzekli (10) minēto garenisko malu savienošanai, lai veidotu cauruļveida korpusu, kam ir iekšējā un ārējā virsma, formēšanas instrumentu (2) dobā plastmasas oderēšanas elementa (1) ekstrudēšanai minētajā cauruļveida korpusā, šķidruma spiešanas līdzekli (11) dobā oderēšanas materiāla izplešanai cauruļveida korpusā, lai veidotu būtībā nepārtrauktu oderējumu, kas atšķiras ar to, ka satur: piespiešanas ruļļu ierīci (15) iekšējā oderējuma ciešai saspiešanai ar minētā lokanā un vismaz daļēji atsperīgā cauruļveida korpusa minēto iekšējo virsmu, un griešanas līdzekli (18) nepārtraukti izgatavotā laminētā cauruļveida korpusa sagriešanai iepriekš izvēlētos garumos.
- 19. Iekārta saskaņā ar 18. punktu, kur minētā piespiešanas ruļļu ien'ce ietver vismaz vienu piespiešanas ruļļu komplektu (15), kas apļa veidā novietoti apkārt minētā cauruļveida korpusa ārpusei.
- 20. Iekārta saskaņā ar 19. punktu, kur minētā piespiešanas ruļļu ierīce izdara spiedienu, lai nostieptu oderējumu gareniski, kamēr tas ir piesaistīts cauruļveida korpusam.
- 21. Iekārta saskaņā ar 18. punktu, kas ietver līdzekli vismaz viena cauruma (22, 23, 25) veidošanai minētajā cauruļveida korpusā minētā oderējuma izplešanai tā, ka minētais oderējums stiepjas nesavienots un nesaliekts caur vismaz vienu minēto caurumu, lai veidotu noblīvētu izliekumu (24), kas izvirzīts ārpus minētā cauruļveida korpusa ārējās virsmas.
