Claims (10)

1 LV 11293 Izgudrojuma formula 1. Līmes mikseris daudzkomponentu līmes nepārtrauktai sajaukšanai un padevei, kas atšķiras ar to, ka satur maisītājcilindru (3) ar divām vai vairākām padeves caurulēm (1,2) līmes komponentam (-iem) un cietinātāja komponentam (-iem), centrālo kustīgo vārpstu (6), kas izvietota minētā cilindra garenvirzienā un izveidota ar diametru, kas ievērojami mazāks par maisītājcilindra diametru, un kurai garenvirzienā piestiprināti maisītāj-elementi, kas pārvietojas cieši gar maisītājcilindra iekšējo sienu (8), pie kam maisītājcilindrs noslēgts plūsmas virzienam pretējā galā un atvērts izplūdes galā.
2. Līmes mikseris pēc 1. punkta, kas atšķiras ar to, ka padeves caurulēm (1,2) pievienoti zemspiediena sūkņi (4,5), kas ir zobratu vai ekscentriski vītņsūkņi.
3. Līmes mikseris pēc 1. vai 2. punkta, kas atšķiras ar to, ka par ieplūdes mezglu cietinātāja ievadīšanai maisītājcilindrā tiek izmantots plūsmas vizienā slīpi novietots barotājelements (11), kas padod cietinātāju pēc iespējas tuvāk vārpstai (6), pie kam barotājelementa slīpums ir tāds, ka attālums starp minētā elementa apakšgalu un vārpstu palielinās plūsmas virzienā.
4. Līmes mikseris pēc jebkura no iepriekšējiem punktiem, kas atšķiras ar to, ka katrs maisītājelements sastāv no diviem spārniņu pāriem, kas piestiprināti vārpstai un vienmērīgi sadalīti pa tās aploci. 2

Līmes mikseris pēc jebkura no iepriekšējiem punktiem, kas atšķiras ar to, ka viens maisītājelements spārniņu pāra veidā novietots maisītājcilindrā plūsmas virzienā pirms līmes ievadīšanas vietas un cits maisītājelements spārniņu pāra veidā novietots plūsmas virzienā pirms cietin.ātāja ievadīšanas vietas.
