The drawbacks encountered in the aforementioned assemblies reside in the soiling which is nestled in the interstices, in the first two cases and in a possible detachment of the bonding in the third case. In the latter case, the utensil becomes unusable and the elimination of dirt which penetrates into the slots created by the detachments becomes practically impossible. Another disadvantage which is observed for the utensils which result from the assembly of the two different parts is the rather high cost because the parts to be obtained are two in number.

The object of the present invention is to eliminate all the disadvantages considered above, both from the point of view of costs, from the point of view of hygiene and from the point of view of solidity.

The utensil according to the invention is made in one piece and the upper part made of basically rigid plastic and the lower part constituting the sole provided with parallel flexible fins with longitudinal and inclined arrangement are thermoformed one on the other , which means that between these two parts there is the most complete continuity. What is set out in the foregoing is clarified by examining the attached drawing boards.

Different solutions which may arise from the concept of the claimed invention should be considered to fall within the scope of this patent.
