Abstract

The method repairs a defective sewer-pipe, imparting chemical and mechanical strength in addition to rendering it watertight. A reinforced synthetic resin tube (3) enclosed in a watertight flexible one (1) is installed over the entire internal pipe surface. The resin tube is reinforced by a honeycomb-section support (2). Its cells can be open (2'), closed (2"), or alternately open and closed.
