- une régularité d'épaisseur suffisante ;
- une homogénéité dans le mariage résine synthétique/ treillis d'armement ;
- une parfaite application sur les parois internes de la canalisation à traiter, quelle que soit sa forme ;
- une parfaite adhérence entre tube de résine et tube étanche ;
- une pénétration de la résine dans les orifices de cassures de La canalisation à traiter ;
"Method for making a sewer pipe, and more generally an existing network pipe, degraded by various phenomena" waterproof and mechanically resistant.
The present invention relates to sewer pipes and more generally existing network pipes requiring the rehabilitation of their mechanical performance to crushing or breaking
as well as their sealing.
Sewer and drainage systems in general have generally been constructed from concrete pipes, asbestos-cement pipes or masonry.
The dilapidation of these pipes, the chemical attack of the transported fluids, the load constraints of the road cart as well as the ground movements in general are degrading the construction material of these pipes which crack, break, crack, s '' collapse, creating disruption in their sanitation function.
These piping networks have the need to be globally sealed and mechanically resistant to the phenomena described above.
This mechanical resistance can be achieved overall by applying over the entire internal surface of a pipe made of synthetic resin reinforced with a thickness sufficient to meet the load to be supported. This reinforced synthetic resin pipe will be lined with a flexible waterproof tube, for example made of polymer, which will ensure its perfect shaping, on the one hand, and its perfect sealing, on the other hand.
The reinforced resin pipe as well as the waterproof flexible tube will be glued under pressure to the wall
of the pipeline for the duration of the resin polymerization. Penetration is thus obtained
and bonding of the resin at the breaks and surface of the treated material. This process will allow
thus obtaining a homogeneous pipe formed from the wall of the pipe to be treated, the reinforced resin tube and the sealed tube.
It is therefore in the object of the invention to constitute a reinforced synthetic resin tube put in place in the pipeline to be treated. This implementation will provide both:
- regularity of sufficient thickness;
- homogeneity in the marriage of synthetic resin / reinforcement mesh;
- a perfect application on the internal walls of the pipeline to be treated, whatever its shape;
- perfect adhesion to the internal walls of the pipe to be treated.
- perfect adhesion between the resin tube and the waterproof tube;
- penetration of the resin into the break holes of the pipe to be treated;
- homogeneity of the entire structure.
The invention is characterized by the process
placement, shaping and application of a reinforced resin tube over the entire internal surface of the pipe to be treated.
The method according to the invention consists in setting up by unwinding flat a reinforced resin tube at the bottom and over the entire length of the canalization to be treated, said unwinding being carried out by drawing said tube around '' an unwinding cylinder, and by shaping and applying the reinforced resin tube over the entire internal surface of said pipeline, this shaping consisting in gradually opening and inflating from the beginning to the end of the pipeline to process the reinforced resin tube.
According to the invention, in the unwinding process the reinforced resin tube is developed progressively around the unwinding cylinder from top to bottom, so as to deposit the reinforced resin tube on the bottom of the pipe to be treated.
According to the invention also the shaping is obtained by introduction and development under dry pressure and in reversion of any sealed tube inside the reinforced resin tube.
To better illustrate and understand the invention, it is now described on the basis of the appended drawings, by way of example only, showing in:
Figure 1 the process of placing the reinforced resin tube flat; Figure 2 a detail of the unwinding cylinder of the reinforced resin tube, seen from the front and in cross section; Figure 3 the process of shaping and application of the reinforced resin tube; Figure 4 a cross-sectional view in tubular form of the reinforced resin tube, and Figure 5 The pipe after treatment formed of a homogeneous assembly: wall + reinforced resin tube + sealed tube.
There is shown in the drawings a portion of pipe 1 having breaks 2.
The process according to the invention consists in
Flattening by unwinding the reinforced resin tube 3.
So that the resin which is still fresh is not locally poorly distributed due to friction due to
traction over the entire internal length of the pipe 1, the reinforced resin tube 3 is gradually developed around an unwinding cylinder 4 by
pulling a cable 5, so that said tube is deposited, and not pulled, on the bottom of said pipe (Figure 1).
This operation avoids any friction between the tube 3 and the pipe 1 and the mass of resin will therefore remain in place throughout its mass and its thickness without failure on the bottom of said pipe.
The method according to the invention also consists in the process of shaping and applying the reinforced resin tube over the entire internal surface of the pipe to be treated. This process consists in gradually opening and inflating from the start to the end of the pipe 1 the reinforced resin tube 3. This is obtained by introduction and development under dry pressure and in reversion of any waterproof tube 6 to the inside of tube 3 (Figure 3).
The inflation tube 6 will ensure the watertightness of the structure, while the reinforced resin tube 3 will ensure the mechanical strength of the assembly. After hardening of the reinforced resin the two tubes 3, 6 are integral.
As reinforcement 7 of a mass of synthetic resin 3 ′, a metallic, synthetic or mineral mesh can be used. The thickness of the resin mass and the mesh will be defined by the mechanical performance to be achieved.
The invention also has the originality of obtaining a new homogeneous tubular assembly consisting of
the pipe to be treated 1, of the reinforced resin tube 3 and of the sealed inflation tube 6. The pressurization of the structure before and during the polymerization of the resin in fact allows perfect attachment to the pipe to be treated on all of its internal surface, including penetration of the resin into the cracks and the porosities of the wall of the pipe to be treated.
