The present invention relates to containers for food products, and more particularly a container in the form of a tire-reader which can be used to store 1‘money and identical objects after consumption of the products.

\ The container according to the invention is characterized in that it comprises: - a hollow box for receiving food products, constituted by two bodies in the form of a bucket which can! 10 be removably assembled to each other in a po-; front connection s ection which have clear edges, at least one of which has a notch which, associated with the clear edge of the other bucket-shaped body, defines a slot in the wall of the housing when the two bodies form 15 augèt are assembled, and - an airtight closure piece of sheet applied removably on the hollow housing to close the slot.

The container 1 essentially consists of a hollow housing 2 comprising two bucket-shaped bodies 3, 4 which can be removably joined in a front connection position.

The two bodies 3, 4 are two plastic half-housings which, when joined together, define an approximately ovoid housing.

The body 3 is made of transparent molded plastic while the body 4 is. made of opaque plastic.

Both the body 3 and the body 4 are coated with shaped decorative elements, for example by ultrasonic welding, to give the container itself a zoomorphic appearance. For example, in the illustrated embodiment, two lower pieces in the form of legs 5 and a set of upper pieces 6 have been fixed on the transparent body 3 together defining the muzzle, the eyes and the ears of a small dog.

At the base of the other body 4 in the form of a bucket, on the other hand, another shaped part 7 was defined defining the tail 25 of the dog.

The legs 5 constitute a support structure intended to carry the container 1 in a position which corresponds to the standing position of the animal thus represented.

As best seen in Figure 2, which illustrates the partially disassembled container 2, a partition 8 is inserted between the two bodies 3, 4 and acts as an internal separation in the housing 2 to divide the housing in two chambers corresponding substantially to the two bodies 3 and 4.

Preferably, the separating part 8 is of generally convex shape in which a domed or curved bottom wall can be distinguished and a cylindrical side wall 13 extending in a circular path the diameter of which is slightly less than the diameter of the circular path according to which the free edges of the two bodies 3 and 4 are arranged.

During assembly of the container, the separating part 8 is applied as a cover to the body 4 after the decorative elements 9 have been introduced into the body.

Then, the closed body 4 is coupled to the body 3 in which the small eggs E have been placed. The assembly of the two bodies is generally carried out by snap-fastening of the frank edges of the two bodies 3, 4 which have complementary profiles.

The front and rear chambers of the housing are more effectively isolated from the outside by an annular tape 14 of adhesive material which is wrapped around the housing 35 2 to cover the assembly area of the two bodies 3, 4.
