Claims (6)
1. Ein antibakterielles saugfähiges Kissen mit der Verpackung von Klimaschalen von gekühltem Fleisch ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zunächst eine gemischte Lôsung aus 5%-12% Polyvinylalkohol und 0,2%-1,0% Zitronensäure hergestellt wird, nachdem die bis zu ihrer vollständigen Auflösung gerührt wurde, die zuvor hergestellte Nelkenôllôsung tropfenweise in die Polyvinylalkohollôsung geben, dann eine antibakterielle = Nanofasermatte auf = Polyvinylalkoholbasis = durch Elektrospinntechnik herstellen, anschlieBend die Polyvinylalkohol-Nanofasermatte erhitzen und schlieBlich ein antibakterielles saugfihiges Kissen für die Verpackung von Wurstwaren in Klimaschalen hergestellt wird.
2. Das antibakterielle saugfähige Kissen mit der Verpackung von Klimaschalen von gekühltem Fleisch nach Anspruch 1 ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Zitronensäure zur Verbesserung der Hydrophobie des Polyvinylalkohol-Nanofaserkissens verwendet wird.
3. Das antibakterielle saugfähige Kissen mit der Verpackung von Klimaschalen von gekühltem Fleisch nach Anspruch 1 ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Massenanteil von Polyvinylalkohol 5% bis 12% und der Massenanteil von Zitronensäure 0,2 % bis 1,0 % beträgt.

Das Verfahren zur Herstellung eines antibakteriellen saugfähigen Kissens mit der Verpackung von Klimaschalen von gekühltem Fleisch nach Anspruch 1 ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schritte zur Herstellung eines antibakteriellen saugfähigen Kissens mit der Verpackung von Klimaschalen von gekühltem Fleisch wie folgt sind: (1) Zubereitung der Nelkenôllôsung: das Nelkenôl genau abwiegen und vollständig in 1-5 ml absolutem Ethanol für später auflôsen; (2) Herstellung einer Polyvinylalkohollôsung: eine bestimmte Menge von Zitronensäure und Polyvinylalkohol werden in doppelt destilliertes Wasser gegeben und dann in einen Topf für magnetischem Wasserbad gestellt; kontinuierlich bei 70-95°C rühren, bis der Polyvinylalkohol vollständig aufgelôst ist; der Massenanteil des Polyvinylalkohols in der vorbereiteten Polyvinylalkohollôsung beträgt 5 % bis 12 %, der Massenanteil der Zitronensäure beträgt 0,2 % bis 1,0 %;
(3) Herstellung der Flektrospinnlôsung: die in Schritt (1) hergestellte Nelkenôllôsung 500604 wird tropfenweise zu der Polyvinylalkohollösung in Schritt (2) gegeben und 7-12 Stunden lang magnetisch gerührt, um eine Elektrospinnlösung herzustellen; (4) Hinzufügen der Spinnlösung in Schritt (3) in eine 10 ml Spritze, wobei die Menge der Spinnlösung 10 ml beträgt, die Parameter des Elektrospinnverfahrens wie folgt ist: Spannung 10-25 KV; Vorschubgeschwindigkeit 0,2-1 ml/h; Empfangsabstand 10-30 cm; (5) die in Schritt (4) hergestellte Polyvinylalkohol-Nanofasermatte wird in einen Ofen gelegt und bei 120-180°C für 2-10 Minuten erhitzt, um ein antibakterielles saugfähiges Kissen des gekühlten Fleisches zu erhlaten.
5. Das Verfahren zur Herstellung eines antibakteriellen saugfähigen Kissens mit der Verpackung von Klimaschalen von gekühltem Fleisch nach Anspruch 4 ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in Schritt (1) das ätherische Öl der Gewürznelke zu 1-5 ml absolutem Ethanol gegeben wird und das Gewürznelkenöl durch Schütteln vollständig gelöst wird.

Das Verfahren zur Herstellung eines antibakteriellen saugfähigen Kissens mit der Verpackung von Klimaschalen von gekühltem Fleisch nach Anspruch 4 ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in Schritt (5) die Polyvinylalkohol-Nanofasermatte in einen Ofen gelegt und für 2-10 Minuten auf 120-180°C erhitzt wird.
