2. The steel billet hot delivery electric vehicle according to claim 1, wherein a battery box is provided on the vehicle frame composition, the battery box is located outside the thermal insulation box, and the battery pack is located at the battery box.
3. The steel billet hot delivery electric vehicle according to claim 1, wherein the drive motor is a wheel-hub motor, the wheel-hub motors has the same number as that of wheels formed by a vehicle frame, and the wheel-hub motors are arranged on the wheels correspondingly and one by one.
4. The steel billet hot delivery electric vehicle according to claim 1, wherein a positioning and navigation unit is provided on the vehicle frame composition for realizing positioning and navigation of the steel billet hot delivery electric vehicle.
5. The steel billet hot delivery electric vehicle according to claim 4, wherein the positioning and navigation unit comprises a laser detector and/or a GPS receiver.

The steel billet hot delivery electric vehicle according to claim 1, wherein the thermal insulation box comprises an opening box body and the openable and closable top door, the top of the opening box body has an opening, and the openable and closable top door covers the opening of the top of the open box body.
7. The steel billet hot delivery electric vehicle according to claim 6, wherein the opening box and the openable and closable top door each have a thermal insulation layer.
