Abstract
The present invention discloses a steel billet hot delivery electric vehicle, including a vehicle frame composition, and an electric drive unit and a thermal insulation box that are arranged on the vehicle frame composition, respectively. The electric drive unit is located outside the thermal insulation box, and includes a drive motor and a battery pack that are arranged on the vehicle frame composition, respectively. The drive motor is configured to drive the vehicle frame composition to travel. The battery pack is configured to supply power to the drive motor. A lifting goods shelf is arranged in the thermal insulation box. The thermal insulation box has an openable and closable top door arranged at the top thereof. The lifting goods shelf can pass through the openable and closable top door vertically and in a lifting mode to take and put the steel billet. BACKGROUND Steel billets are products obtained by continuous casting of molten steel. Typically, the steel billets are generally divided into two types: square billets and plate billets. The fixed end of the telescopic cylinder 41 is fixed on the inner wall of the thermal insulation box 2, and the moving end is fixed on the carrier body 42. It can be understood that the telescopic cylinder 41 can be replaced by an electric push rod, an electric cylinder, a rack and pinion mechanism, and the like.
Exemplarily, a wireless communication unit is provided on the vehicle frame composition 1 for realizing wireless communication with a remote control terminal.

Specifically, the wireless communication unit may include WiFi, mobil&102818 communication network, and the like, and corresponding communication hardware is provided accordingly. 3. The steel billet hot delivery electric vehicle according to claim 1, wherein the drive motor is a wheel-hub motor, the wheel-hub motors has the same number as that of wheels formed by a vehicle frame, and the wheel-hub motors are arranged on the wheels correspondingly and one by one.
4. The steel billet hot delivery electric vehicle according to claim 1, wherein a positioning and navigation unit is provided on the vehicle frame composition for realizing positioning and navigation of the steel billet hot delivery electric vehicle.
5. The steel billet hot delivery electric vehicle according to claim 4, wherein the positioning and navigation unit comprises a laser detector and/or a GPS receiver.

The steel billet hot delivery electric vehicle according to claim 1, wherein the thermal insulation box comprises an opening box body and the openable and closable top door, the top of the opening box body has an opening, and the openable and closable top door covers the opening of the top of the open box body.
7. The steel billet hot delivery electric vehicle according to claim 6, wherein the opening box and the openable and closable top door each have a thermal insulation layer.
