Abstract

The invention relates to heating techniques, namely solid fuel boilers. The object of the invention is to increase the intensity of the formation of the combustible mixture, the efficiency of its combustion and at the same time the efficiency of the boiler. The boiler furnace (2), which feeds the primary air through a damper located in the furnace door (6), is directly connected to a metal burner (7) consisting of a double-walled housing with a hollow channel (9) and mounted in the combustion chamber (4). In the housing of the metal burner (7), openings are provided: one (12) on the outer wall of the burner body for supplying secondary air from the environment between the walls of the burner (7), the other opening (11) for the supply of hot secondary air to the burner channel (9). A metal ring (10) is inserted into the channel of the metal burner (7) to reduce the cavity of the passage of flammable gas into the channel (9). An additional air supply to the burner (7) is provided by an air supply tube (13). Secondary air volume from the environment through the external wall opening (11) of the burner (7) between the burner walls moves towards the interior wall openings (12) from the hot burner walls and exhales through the internal wall openings (12) of the burner (7) into the burner channel (9), where it is mixed with the flammable gas from the combustion chamber to the prometal ring (10) which enters the burner channel. The flammable gas mixture is burned in the burner channel.

Description

The invention relates to heating technology, namely to solid fuel boilers.

A known gas generator with a burner, obtained from organic materials, is described in patent application no. 2009 054, published in the State Patent Bureau Official Bulletin "Inventions, Designs, Trademarks" 2010 No. 4, consisting of a metal housing, a furnace, air supply elements, two combustion chambers, a combustible gas collection chamber, a burner and metal manifolds arranged in the direction of the burner. The burner consists of a tube with double perforated walls.

The known technical solution does not ensure the formation of an intense flammable mixture, its efficient combustion and at the same time efficient heat transfer to the heat exchanger.

The object of the invention is to increase the intensity of the formation of the combustible mixture, its burning efficiency and, at the same time, the efficiency of the boiler operation.

In order to achieve the object of the invention, the domestic solid fuel boiler furnace, which is supplied with an initial amount of air through a damper installed in the furnace door, is directly connected to a metal burner consisting of a hollow casing and mounted in a gas combustion chamber. Openings in the metal burner housing: one in the outer wall of the burner housing for supplying secondary air from the environment between the burner walls, the other openings for discharging hot secondary air into the burner channel. In addition, a metal ring is inserted into the duct of the burner to reduce the entry of flammable gas into the duct. Also, for the purpose of the invention, an additional air supply tube is provided in front of the burner on the furnace side.

The object of the invention is also achieved by supplying a secondary amount of air from the ambient through the burner outer wall opening between the burner walls which, when moving towards the inner wall openings from the heated burner wall openings, heats up through the burner inner wall openings into the burner channel flowing from the combustion chamber through a metal ring into the burner channel and forming a flammable gas mixture which is burned in the burner channel. It also delivers an additional amount of air to the burner in order to achieve its purpose through an air supply tube on the burner side.

The invention is illustrated in the drawing.

Household solid fuel boiler body 1 welded from sheet metal. The internal walls of the boiler, which are in contact with flame and combustion products, are 6 mm thick, and the external walls are 4 mm thick. The outside of the boiler is insulated with insulating material. The tank between the walls of the boiler is filled with water. Combustion chamber 2 installed inside the boiler body 2. A metal ring 10 is inserted at one end of the burner channel 7, through which flammable gas from the combustion chamber 4 enters, to reduce the gas inlet. diffusion towards the expanded burner channel part 9. Openings in the burner body 7: one 11 in the outer wall of the burner for supplying secondary air between the walls of the burner 7 and the other openings 12 in the inner wall of the burner for discharging hot secondary air into the duct 9 of the burner. An air supply tube 13 may be provided on the side for additional supply of air to the burner, since the amount of air supplied depends on the maintenance and intensity of the gas combustion process and, at the same time, efficient heat transfer to the heat exchanger 14.

The domestic solid fuel boiler with gas burner 7 is connected to the heating system elements. There is a water outlet pipe 15 at the highest level of the boiler, and a water inlet (return) pipe 16 at the bottom of the boiler. For this purpose, a safety valve (not shown in the drawing) is installed to protect the boiler from pressure exceeding the permissible limits. Chimney flue for exhaust of combustion products 17.

The boiler operates as follows.

When the lid 3 of the firebox 2 is opened and the fuel is filled, the solid fuel is ignited by supplying a primary amount of air to the combustion chamber 4 via a valve located in the door 6. Solid fuel uses firewood, solid wood waste, logs, coal, peat and sawdust briquettes and grains. During the lower combustion of fuel at the grate 5, flammable gas is emitted. From the combustion chamber 4, the combustible gas enters the channel 9 of the burner 7 through the metal ring 10. Secondary air from the environment first passes through the opening in the outer wall 11 between the walls of the burner 7, from which it heats up as it moves toward the openings 12 in the inner wall. Hot air mixes with flammable gas to form flammable mixture. The flammable mixture burns at high temperatures between 900 and 1700 ° C. The heat of the burnt gas mixture, the hot air and the combustion products rise to the top of the boiler (shown by arrows in the drawing), supplying heat to the heat exchanger 14. The combustion products are removed through the chimney 17.

In addition to the primary and secondary air volumes, the combustion process also provides additional air through the pipe 13.

Domestic solid fuel boiler is suitable for heating small and large premises (up to 1000 m 2 ). The design of the boiler ensures an efficient combustion process and efficient heat transfer to the heat exchanger. The combustion process is intensive and stable due to the primary, secondary and auxiliary air supply. In addition, the burner technical solution ensures an intense mixing of flammable gas with hot ambient air and complete combustion of the flammable gas at high temperatures. Another advantage of the boiler is that it is suitable for burning as a solid solid fuel, which, when combusted, emits gas burning in a gas combustion chamber and reaches a combustion temperature above 1500 ° C.

Domestic solid fuel boiler with gas burner, consisting of a combustion chamber, combustion chamber, gas burner, air supply elements, heat exchanger and chimney inside the housing, characterized in that the primary air supply through the damper installed in the furnace in a door directly connected to a metal burner consisting of a double-walled body with a hollow channel and mounted in the combustion chamber; in addition, openings in the metal burner housing: one in the outer wall of the burner housing for supplying secondary air from the ambient wall to the burner, the other openings for discharging hot secondary air into the burner passage and a metal ring on the burner side the gas inlet cavity.
