Abstract
본 발명은 1차 전류 발생기 전지 제조시에 사용될 수 있는 니켈-카드뮴, 니켈-수소화물 및 다른 알칼리성 축전지의 제조 분야에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 활성재료와 바인더를 혼합하는 단계와, 상기 단계에서 얻어진 혼합물을 리드에 공급하는 단계와, 건조하는 단계를 포함하며; 메틸 메타크릴레이트-부타디엔 공중합체의 수성 분산액이 다음과 같은 조성비(ppm)에서 상기 바인더로서 사용되며, 활성재료 100, 메틸 메탈크릴레이트-부타디엔 공중합체의 수성 분산액 2, 4-24, 물 10-40, 상기 건조단계가 1, 0-3. 5%의 잔류 수분까지 수행되는 배터리를 제조하는 방법을 제조한다. 본 방법은 활성 매스를 리드에 공급하기 위해 다른 방법의 사용에 대한 기술적 성능을 확장하며, 대응하는 조성비를 가진 새로운 바인더를 사용하고 혼합물을 임의의 잔류 수분만큼 건조시킴으로써 전극(기판의 파괴없이)의 탄력성을 개선시킬 수 있다.

Claims (1)
- 배터리 전극을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 활성재료와 바인더를 혼합하는 단계와, 상기 단계에서 얻어진 혼합물을 리드에 공급하는 단계와, 건조하sms 단계를 포함하며, 메틸 메타크릴레이트-부타디엔 공중합체의 수성 분산액은 다음과 같은 조성비(ppm)에서 상기 마인더로서 사용되며, 활성재료--------------------------------------------------------100메틸 메타크릴레이트-부타디엔 공중합체의 수성 분산액-----2.4-24물------------------------------------------------------10-40상기 건조단계는 1. 0-3. 5%의 잔류 수분까지 수행되는 것을 특징으로 배터리 전극을 제조하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
