Abstract

본 발명은 분리기 웹의 생상 진행될 때 수선 물질이 결함 상에 직렬 수선으로 표적화된 방식으로 침착되고, 그에 따라 결함이 밀봉되거나 또는 결함이 특정 지점에서 직렬로 가열되고, 그에 따라 용접되는, 축전지용 다공성 분리기 웹에서 생성되는 결함의 수선 방법에 관한 것이다. 수선 물질로서는 분산제 중에 분산될 수 있는 중합체 및(또는) 수지, 중합성 물질 및 고온-용융물이 특히 적절하다. 용접은 초음파를 사용하여 행하는 것이 바람직하다.

Claims (12)

  1. 분리기 웹의 생산이 진행될 때 수선 물질이 결함 상에 직렬로 표적화된 방식으로 침착되고, 그에 따라 결함이 밀봉되거나 또는 결함이 특정 지점에서 직렬로 가열되고, 그에 따라 용접되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 축전지용 다공성 분리기 웹에서 생성되는 결함의 수선 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 분산제 중에 분산될 수 있는 중합체 및(또는) 수지가 수선 물질로서 사용되고, 분산제가 침착 후 증발에 의해 제거되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 아크릴산, 아크릴산 에스테르, 메타크릴산 및(또는) 메타크릴산 에스테르를 기재로 하는 중합체 및(또는) 수지가 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 중합성 물질이 수선 물질로서 사용되고, 결함 상에 침착된 후 중합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 아크릴산, 아크릴산 에스테르, 메타크릴산 및(또는) 메타크릴산 에스테르를 기재로 하는 중합성 물질이 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 2-페녹시에틸아크릴레이트 및(또는) 에폭시화된 대두유-아크릴레이트가 아크릴레이트 단량체로서 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제4항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 가열 및(또는) 광화학 개시 반응을 위한 중합 반응 개시제를 추가로 함유하는 중합성 물질이 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 고온-용융 조성물(고온-용융물)이 수선 물질로서 사용되고, 결함 상으로 침착 후 냉각시킴으로써 경화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 결함 부위가 초음파를 사용하여 특정 지점에서 용접되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 분리기가 열가소성 물질로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 분리기가 PVC, 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌 또는 이들의 혼합물 및 임의로 충전제로 구성된것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  12. 제1항 내지 제11항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 분리기가 연속 생성물 형태로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
