Abstract

본 발명은 전력증폭모듈의 과전류 방지장치에 관한 것으로, 특히 전화기 등의 전력증폭모듈을 보호하기 위한 정전워(VCC)보다 항상 부전원을 먼저 공급하도록함으로써, 부전원이 전력증폭모듈로 안정되게 공급된 상태에서 정전원이 공급되므로, 종래와 같은 과전류현상이 방지되도록 하는 것이다.

제4도는 본 발명에 따른 전력증폭모듈의 과전류 방지장치를 보이는 블록도이다.

Claims (1)

  1. TX-on공급에 의해서 부전원정류회로부에 전원을 공급하는 부전원스위칭회로부(1); 상기 부전원스위칭회로부(1)로부터 공급된 전원해 의해서 신호발생부(2)의 신호를 정류해서 부전원을 생성시키는 부전원 정류회로부(3); 상기 부전원 정류회로부(3)의 부전원을 전력증폭모듈로 공급하면서, 이 부전원이 소정전압에 도달할 때까지 정전원 스위칭회로부(4)의 전원공급을 강제지연시키는 전원공급 지연회로부(3-1); 상기 TX-on공급에 따라서 전원공급지연회로부(3-1)의 지연시간후에 정전원을 전력증폭모듈(5)로 공급하는 정전원스위칭회로부(4)를 구비함을 특징으로 하는 전력증폭모듈의 과전류 방지장치.
