Abstract
본 발명은 Nd-Fe-B계 영구자석 제조방법 및 그 제조장치를 개시한다. 본 발명은 Nd-Fe-B계 급냉리본 파우더를 냉간 압축하여 형성한 Nd-Fe-B계 급냉리본 성형체를 상측이 막힌 원통형 튜브내에 삽입하는 단계와, 상기 Nd-Fe-B계 급냉리본 성형체가 삽입된 원통형 튜브를 금형내부에 삽입한 후 700∼800℃로 가열하는 단계와, 상기 단계에서 가열된 원통형 튜브의 상측 중앙부를 원통형 코어치로 가압하여 이방성 링형 영구자석을 제조하는 단계를 포함하는 Nd-Fe-B계 영구자석 제조방법 및 제조장치를 제공하는데 그 특징이 있다. 따라서 장치의 구조가 간단하고, 제조 공정수를 줄일 수 있고, 자석의 보자력 특성을 향상시킬 수 있게 된다.

Claims (4)
- Nd-Fe-B계 급냉리본 파우더를 냉간 압축하여 형성한 Nd-Fe-B계 급냉리본 성형체를 상측이 막힌 원통형 튜브내에 삽입하는 단계와, 상기 Nd-Fe-B계 급냉리본 성형체가 삽입된 원통형 튜브를 금형내부에 삽입한 후 700∼800℃로 가열하는 단계와, 상기 단계에서 가열된 원통형 튜브의 상측 중앙부를 원통형 코오펀치로 가압하여 이방성 링형 영구자석을 제조하는 단계를 포함하는 Nd-Fe-B계 영구자석 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 원통형 튜브는 Cu, Fe계 금속재료로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 Nd-Fe-B계 영구자석 제조방법.
- 원통형 중공부를 가지는 금형과, 상기 금형의 하측에 위치된는 하부펀치와, 상기 금형의 중공부에 삽입되며 내부에 Nd-Fe-B계 급냉리본 성형체가 삽입되고 상측이 막힌 원통형 튜브와, 상기 금형의 상측에 위치되며 상기 원통형 튜브의 상측 중앙부를 가압하는 원통형 코어펀치를 포함하는 Nd-Fe-B계 영구자석 제조장치
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 원통형 튜브는 Cu, Fe계 금속재료로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 Nd-Fe-B계 영구자석 제조장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
