Abstract

본 발명은 자동차의 제동장치에 관한 것으로, 특히 자동차의 주행중에 발생되는 바퀴의 슬립을 감지하여 제동장치를 작동시킴으로 안전사고를 방지하기 위한 자동차의 바퀴슬립 감지장치에 관한 것이다.
즉, 브레이크페달의 일측에 장착되어 페달의 답력을 감지하는 브레이크스위치(24)와 브레이크스위치(24)로부터 입력된 신호로 브레이크를 록킹시키지 않도록 제어신호를 출력하는 제동제어부(22)와 상기 제동제어부(22)로부터 출력된 제어신호로 휠실린더의 유압을 조절하는 제동액츄에이터(26)가 구비된 안티록브레이크시스템에 있어서 바퀴로부터 발생되는 압력을 감지하는 압전소자(12)와, 상기 압전소자(12)에서 감지된 압력신호를 펄스신호로 변환하여 무선신호로 송출하는 발진기(14)로 구성되어 휠(1)내측에 장착된 슬립감지센서(10)와; 상기 슬립감지센서(10)의 발진기(14)로부터 무선신호를 감지하는 수신기(20)로 구성하여 자동차의 바퀴슬립으로 인한 안전사고를 미연에 방지시킨 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 브레이크페달의 일측에 장착되어 페달의 답력을 감지하는 브레이크스위치와 브레이크스위치로부터 입력된 신호로 브레이크를 록킹시키지 않도록 제어신호를 출력하는 제동제어부와 상기 제동제어부로부터 출력된 제어신호로 휠실린더의 유압을 조절하는 제동액츄에이터가 구비된 안티록브레이크시스템에 있어서, 바퀴로부터 발생되는 압력을 감지하는 압전소자(12)와, 상기 압전소자(12)에서 감지된 압력신호를 펄스신호로 변환하여 무선신호로 송출하는 발진기(14)로 구성되어 휠(1)내측에 장착된 슬립감지센서(10)와; 상기 슬립감지센서(10)의 발진기(14)로부터 무선신호를 감지하는 수신기(20)를 포함하여 이루어진 자동차의 바퀴슬립 감지장치.
