Abstract

본 발명은 시트를 회전 및 슬라이딩 가능케 하여 탑승자의 승, 하차 위치를 자유롭게 함과 동시에 편리함과 실용성을 극대화시킨 차량용 시트의 스위블 시스템에 관한 것으로, 차체의 플로어에 설치된 서포트 레일(10)에 로킹 홀(11)을 형성하고, 서포트 레일(10)에 슬라이딩 가능한 무빙 레일(20)을 구비하고, 무빙 레일(20)에 슬라이딩 레버(30)를 결합하며, 또한 슬라이딩 레버(30)에 스토퍼(40)을 결합하여 로킨 홀(11)에 착탑되도록 하되, 리턴 스프링(50)에 의해 복귀되도록 하고, 아울러 무빙 레일(20)의 상부에 로워 플레이트(60) 및 어퍼 플레이트(70)를 위치시켜, 이들 사이에 스위블 메카니즘(90)을 구비하되, 스위블 메카니즘(90)은, 리턴 스프링(120), 래크(101)(111)를 갖는 서포트 링크(100)(110), 가이드 링크(130)(140), 가동 링크(170), 케이블(200), 스위블 작동레버(210)를 순차 연결하여 구성하고, 래크(101)(111)가 착탈되도록 어퍼 플레이트(70)에 피니언(230)을 설치한 것이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 플로어의 서포트 레일상에 설치된 로워 플레이트; 로워 플레이트 상방에 일정 간격으로 이격됨과 동시에 회전가능케 설치되고 시트가 부착된 어퍼 플레이트; 로워 플레이트상에 구비된 스위블 메카니즘; 상기 어퍼 플레이트의 저면에 설치되고 상기 스위블 메카니즘에 착탈되는 피니언; 상기 스위블 메카니즘에 연결되어 시트의 회전위치 조정시 상기 스위블 메카니즘을 상기 피니언에 착탈, 조정할 수 있는 스위블 작동레버가 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 시트의 스위블 시스템.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 서포트 레일상에 전, 후로 슬라이딩되도록 안치되고 로워 플레이트가 상부에 고정된 무빙 레일; 상기 서포트 레일에 길이방향으로 연속, 형성된 로킹 홀; 상기 로킹 홀에 선택적으로 착탈되도록 스토퍼를 갖고 무빙 레일에 회동가능케 설치된 슬라이딩 레버 및 상기 슬라이딩 레버를 조작할 수 있는 핸들이 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 시트의 스위블 시스템.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스위블 메카니즘은, 상기 피니언에 착탈되도록 상호 대칭하는 래크를 갖고 리턴 스프링으로 연결된 서포트 링크; 서포트 링크에 힌지 연결된 가이드 링크; 양측 가이드 링크에 힌지연결된 가동 링크; 상기 가동 링크 및 스위블 작동레버 사이에 연결된 케이블이 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 시트의 스위블 시스템.
