Abstract

본 발명은 와이어 그라인딩 장치에 관한 것으로서, 선재 제작 시 선재의 표면 정도를 향상시킴과 아울러 표면의 스케일을 제거하여 선재의 강도 및 이를 이용한 제품의 강도와 정밀도를 향상시킬 수 있는 와이어 그라인딩 장치를 제공한다.
본 발명은 와이어 관통공(1)이 측면에 형성된 케이스(2)와, 상기한 케이스(2)의 외측에 고정된 지지대(3)와, 상기한 지지대(3)의 상면에 설치되어 와이어를 직선상으로 펴도록 구성된 스트레칭부(5)와, 상기한 케이스(2)의 내부에 설치되어 와이어를 자전과 공전하면서 연마하게 되는 그라인딩부(6)로 구성한다.

Claims (3)

  1. 와이어 관통공이 측면에 형성된 케이스와, 상기한 케이스의 외측에 고정된 지지대와, 상기한 지지대의 상면에 설치되어 와이어를 직선상으로 펴도록 구성된 스트레칭부와, 상기한 케이스의 내부에 설치되어 와이어를 자전과공전하면서 연마하게 되는 그라인딩부로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 와이어 그라인딩 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 스트레칭부는 회전 지지대에 양단이 지지되어 있는 회전체와, 상기한 회전체를 회전시키기 위하여 벨트로 연결되어 있는 모터와, 상기한 회전체에 대항 결합됨과 아울러 와이어를 양측에서 압박하도록 가이드홈이 형성되어 있는 펠트가 부착된 압착 패드와, 상기한 압착 패드에 일단이 고정되어 조절 가능하도록 브라켓에 나사 결합된 브라켓으로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 와이어 그라인딩 장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 그라인딩부는 케이스 내부에 설치된 모터와, 상기한 모터에 체인으로 연결된 회전축과, 상기한 회전축에 체인으로 연결됨과 아울러 관통공이 중심에 형성된 회전판에 고정된 기어와, 상기한 회전판에 회전 자재하도록 2개가 대향 고정되고 회전 로울러가 일측으로 돌출됨과 아울러 상기한 기어와 벨트로 연결되어 회전되는 공전축과, 상기한 회전 로울러를 연결한 샌드 페이퍼와, 상기한 샌드 페이퍼에 텐션을 인가하도록 회전판에 설치되고 실린더로 지지되는 텐션 로울러와, 상기한 샌드 페이퍼의 회전을 지지할 뿐만 아니라 힌지축을 중심으로 회전 운동 가능하도록 브라켓의 양단에 설치된 가이드 로울러로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 와이어 그라인딩 장치
