Abstract

본 발명은 펌프 하우징에 고정되어진 전동기와 분할 포트(pot)에 배치되어진 분할 포트(pot)형 플랜지를 구비하는 분할 포트(pot)형 터빈식 펌프로, 상기 분할 포트형 터빈식 펌프에서 상기 분할 포트(pot)형 플랜지(10)를 가지는, 펌프 하우징에 있는 분한 포트(pot)는 분할 포트(pot)는 밀폐상태로 분해 가능하도록 고정되어 있고, 상기 분할 포트(6)에 모터의 고정자(12)를 장착하는 분할 포트형 터빈식 펌프로써, 상기 모터 고정자(12)는 펌프 또는 분할 포트형 플랜지(10)에 삽입연결을 수단으로 분해 가능하도록 고정시키는 분할 포트형 터빈식 펌프에 관한 것이다.

Claims (8)

  1. 펌프 하우징에 고정되어진 전동기와 분할 포트(pot)에 배치되어진 분할 포트(pot)형 플랜지를 구비하는 분할 포트(pot)형 터빈식 펌프로, 상기 분할 포트형 터빈식 펌프에서 상기 분할 포트(pot)형 플랜지(10)를 가지는, 펌프 하우징에 분할 포트(pot)는 밀폐상태로 분해 가능하도록 고정되어있고, 상기 분할 포트(6)가 모터의 고정자(12)를 장착하는 분할 포트형 터빈식 펌프에 있어서, 상기 모터 고정자(12)는 펌프 또는 분할 포트형 플랜지(10)에 삽입연결을 수단으로 분해 가능하도록 고정시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 분할 포트형 터빈식 펌프.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 삽입연결은 하나의 버튼형 연결(13)이라는 것을 특징으로 하는 분할 포트형 터빈식 펌프.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 분할 포트형 플랜지(10)의 외경은 상기 펌프 하우징, 특히 펌프 하우징 플랜지(11)의 외경과 거의 같고, 상기 펌프 하우진 플랜지에서 상기 분할 포트형 플랜지(10)가 고정되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 분할 포트형 터빈식 펌프.
  4. 전술한 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 분할 포트형 플랜지(10)와 상기 펌프 하우진 플랜지(11)간에 하나의 패킹링(19)이 있다는 것을 특징으로 하는 분할 포트형 터빈식 펌프.
  5. 전술한 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 모터 고정자(12)는 모터의 외피를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분할 포트형 터빈식 펌프.
  6. 전술한 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하나의 모터 하우징의 상기 모터 고정자(12), 특히 고정성이 적은 모터 고정자가 둘러 싸여있고, 상기 모터 하우징은 고정자를 위해 장착기능 대신 단지 하나의 보호기능만을 소유하게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 분할 포트형 터빈식 펌프.
  7. 전술한 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 모터 하우징은 인조물질로 되어져 있다는 것을 특징으로 하는 분할 포트형 터빈식 펌프.
  8. 전술한 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 분할 포트형 플랜지(10)는 분할 포트에 대해 강도가 높다는 것을 특징으로 하는 분할 포트형 터빈식 펌프.
