Abstract

예를들면 공기실의 전면에 배치하는 것에 의해 뛰어난 흡음특성을 갖춘 흡음구조를 구성함과 동시에 시각적으로 플릭커를 일으키지 않는 흡음구조의 외관을 얻기 위해 흡음판 본체(2)의 일측면에 복수의 리브(2a)를 형성함과 동시에 리브(2a) 사이의 기저부(2b)에 여러개의 관통공(3)을 설치한 구멍을 구비하는 구조로 한다. 흡음판 본체(2)에서 각 리브(2a)사이에는 은폐재(5)를 마련하고, 은폐재(5)에 의해 관통공(3)을 은폐했다.

제1도는 본 발명의 일실시예에 의한 흡음판의 개략사시도이다, 제2도는 제1도에 도시된 흡음판을 제1도의 A-A선 방향으로 본 개략단면도이다, 제4(a)(b)(c)도는 각각 다른 형상의 은폐재를 이용한 흡음판을 도시하는 개략단면도이다.

Claims (12)

  1. 흡음본체와 흡음체 본체에서 적어도 한쪽측에 소정의 간격을 두고 복수개로 돌설되면서 각각 소정의 단면형상을 갖는 리브와, 흡음체 본체에서 일측면에서 타측면으로 관통하도록 각 리브에 각각 대응하여 마련된 관통공을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡음체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 리브가 각각, 흡음체 본체와 일체적으로 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡음체.
  3. 실질적으로 판형상에 형성된 흡음판 본체와, 흡음판 본체의 적어도 한쪽면에 마련된 복수의 리브와, 흡음체 본체에서 리브사이의 기저부에 설치된 복수의 관통공을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 흡음판.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 흡음판 본체에서 리브가 설치된 측면에 상기 관통공을 은폐하는 은폐재를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 흡음판.
  5. 실질적으로 판형상에 형성된 흡음판 본체와, 흡음판 본체의 적어도 일측면에 설치되고, 선단측으로 확대되는 단면형상을 갖는 복수의 리브와, 흡임판 본체의 리브의 기단에서 리브의 선단으로 은폐되는 부분에 설치, 홉음체 본체의 타측면으로 통과하는 복수의 관통공을 갖춘 것을 특징으로 하는 흡음판.
  6. 실질적으로 판형상으로 형성되며 복수열의 관통공을 갖는 흡음판 본체와, 흡음판 본체의 적어도 일측면에 설치되고, 각열의 관통공을 각각 은폐하는 여러개의 은폐재를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡음판.
  7. 공기실의 전면에 배치되고, 공기실과 함께 흡음구조를 구성하는 흡음체이며, 공기실과 반대측으로 돌출하고, 공기실에 연통하는 공명공간을 형성하도록 설치된 여러개의 리브와, 리브의 측면 또는 리브사이에 형성된 기저부의 적어도 일측에 설치되고, 공기실에 연통하는 복수의 관통공을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡음체.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 리브사이에 형성된 기저부의 내면 또는 외면의 적어도 일측에, 흡음재가 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡음체.
  9. 제7항 또는 제8항에 있어서, 상기 리브 또는 리브사이에 형성된 기저부의 적어도 일측의 내면에 배후의 공기실을 분할하는 분할벽이 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡음체.
  10. 제7항, 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 상기 리브가 선단을 향해 확대되는 단면형상의 부분을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡음체.
  11. 상기 리브에 의해 형성되는 공명공간의 용적이 적어도 2종류 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡음체.
  12. 제7항, 제8항, 제9항, 제10항, 또는 제11항에 있어서, 이 흡음체의 배후에 공기실을 형성하도록 간격을 두어 배치된 배면을 일체구조로 하여 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡음유니트.
