Abstract

폴리아릴렌 설파이드 함유 물질로부터 폴리아릴렌 설파이드를 추출하는 방법이 기술되어 있다. 폴리아릴렌 설파이드 함유 물질을 용매로 처리하고, 용매에 용해시킨 다음, 다시 침전시킨다. 또한 외부물질을 분리 제거 함으로써 폴리아릴렌 설파이드 함유 물질을 정제하는 방법, 비표면적이 80㎡/g 이상인 폴리아릴렌 설파이드 입자 및 여과재로서의 이의 용도를 나타내었다.

Claims (16)

  1. 폴리아릴렌 설파이드 함유 물질을 용매로 처리하고, 폴리아릴렌 설파이드를 용해시킨 다음, 침전시켜 폴리아릴렌 설파이드 함유 물질로부터 폴리아릴렌 설파이드를 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 사용되는 폴리아릴렌 설파이드 함유 물질이 분말, 과립, 성형물 및 변형된 폐기물 형태의 리사이클레이트(recyclate)인 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 용매가 치환되지 않거나 치환된 탄소수 6 내지 25의 모노사이클릭 또는 폴리 사이클릭 유기 화합물인 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 화합물이 할로겐, 바람직하게는 염소 또는 브롬, 알킬 라디칼의 탄소수가 1 내지 4인 알콕시 그룹 또는 아릴 그룹에 의해 치환되는 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 물질이 150 내지 360℃, 바람직하게는 180 내지 260℃의 온도에서 용해되는 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 물질이 승압하에 용해되는 방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 침전을 위해 용액이 아세톤, 톨루엔 또는 물인 용매에 도입되는 방법.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 액체 매질이 초기에 1:1 내지 1:100, 바람직하게는 1:5 내지 1:10의 비율로 도입되는 방법.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리페닐렌 설파이드가 폴리아릴렌 설파이드로서 사용되는 방법.
  10. 제1항 내지 제9항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 재침전시의 용액이 실온 내지 최대 용해 온도인 방법.
  11. 제1항 내지 제11항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 용해된 물질이 침전되기 전에 불용성 고체로부터 분리되는 방법.
  12. 폴리아릴렌 설파이드 산화 생성물, 폴리아릴렌 설파이드 시효경화 생성물, 분해 생성물, 부가제 또는 충전제를 분리함을 포함하는, 폴리아릴렌 설파이드 함유 물질의 정제방법.
  13. 비표면적이 80㎡/g 이상인 폴리페닐렌 설파이드 입자.
  14. 제13항에 따르는 폴리아릴렌 설파이드 입자의 흡착제 또는 여과재로서의 용도.
  15. 재순환을 위해, 제1항 내지 제11항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 방법의 용도.
  16. 제1항 내지 제11항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 방법으로 제조한 생성물의 엔지니어링 플라스틱으로서의 용도.
