Abstract
높은 회분 함량을 갖는 제지 공장등에서 발생하는 슬러지는 또 다른 연로원을 따라 사이클론 론(10) 내에서 슬러지의 연소에 의해 전환된다. 슬러지의 열 함량은 회수되며 슬러지의 회분 함량은 유리질 슬래그로 전환된다. 석회석과 같은 용제는 사이클론 로(10) 내부로 유입되기 이전에 슬러지에 첨가되어진다. 슬래그는 지붕제품 또는 또 다른 목적으로 건축재 또는 연마재로 사용된다.

Claims (13)
- 제지 공장등에서 발생되는 슬러지를 전환시키는 방법에 있어서, 슬러지를 연소시켜서 그 발열량을 회수하고 슬러지의 회분 함량을 슬래그로 전환시키기 위해 제2연료원과 함께 사이클론 로의 내부로 슬러지를 유입시키는 단계를 포함하고 있는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 슬러지는 상기 사이클론 로에 공급되는 열의 10% 내지 40%를 제공하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 슬러지는 상기 사이클론 로에 공급되는 열의 50% 이상을 제공하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 슬러지는 상기 사이클론 로의 내부로 유입되기 전에 조작되기에 적합한 수분 함량으로 건조되는 단계를 더 포함하고 있는 방법.
- 제지 공장 슬러지 등에서 발생되는 슬러지를 전환시키는 방법에 있어서, 슬러지를 20% 이하의 수분 함량으로 건조시키는 단계와, 그리고 슬러지의 발열량을 회수하고 슬러지의 회분 함량을 슬래그로 전환시키기 위해 제2연료원과 함께 건조된 슬러지를 사이클론 로의 내부에서 연소시키는 단계를 포함하고 있는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 연소 단계 이전에 상기 슬러지를 펠릿의 내부로 집적시키는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
- 건조된 중량비로 20% 내지 50%의 회분 함량 및 상당한 양의 유기물 함량을 갖는 슬러지에 포함되어 있는 회분을 전환시키는 방법에 있어서, 회분을 포함하는 경질의 강하고 내구성이 있는 유리질 슬래그를 형성하기 위해 사이클론 로의 내부에서 상기 슬러지를 연소시키는 단계와, 그리고 상기 사이클론 로로부터 용융된 슬래그를 제거시키는 단계를 포함하고 있는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기슬러지가 상기 연소 단계 이전에 20% 이하의 수분 함량으로 건조되는 단계를 더 포함하고 있는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 용융된 슬래그가 유리질 제품으로 성형되는 단계를 더 포함하고 있는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 용융 슬래그가 섬유의 내부로 형성되는 방법.
- 사이클론 로를 연소시키는 방법에 있어서, 상기 사이클론 로를 천연 가스에 의해 연소시키는 단계와, 그리고 상기 사이클론 로를 제지 공장 등에서 발생되는 슬러지에 의해 동시에 연소시키는 단계를 포함하고 있는 방법.
- 사이클론 로를 연소시키는 방법에 있어서, 상기 사이클론 로를 제지 공장 등에서 발생되는 슬러지에 의해 연소시키는 단계와, 그리고 상기 사이클론 로를 하나 이상의 보조 연료에 의해 동시에 연소시키는 단계를 포함하고 있는 방법.
