- 용융슬래그를 수용하며 수용된 슬래그를 배출하는 슬래그 포트,상기 슬래그 포트에서 배출되는 용융 슬래그를 일시 저장하면서 배출하는 턴디시, 및상기 턴디시로부터 배출되는 용융 슬래그를 가스의 운동에너지로 분사 및 수송하기 위하여 전방으로 가스를 분사하는 가스 노즐로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 아토마이징 슬래그로 이루어진 연마재의 제조장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 가스 노즐로부터 분사된 가스에 의해 전방으로 수송되는 슬래그를 냉각시키기 위하여 물 또는 수증기를 분사하는 쿨링 펜스를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아토마이징 슬래그로 이루어진 연마재의 제조장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 수송된 슬래그를 이송하는 이송 장치 및 연마재에 필요한 입도로 분급하는 입도 선별장치를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아토마이징 슬래그로 이루어진 연마재의 제조장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 가스 노즐은 상하 2단 노즐인 것을 특징으로 하는 아토마이징 슬래그로 이루어진 연마재의 제조장치.
- 용융 슬래그를 배출하는 단계;상기 배출된 슬래그를 가스류에 의해 액적으로 분쇄 시키는 단계;상기 분쇄된 액적을 고상의 슬래그 볼로 냉각시키는 단계; 및상기 냉각된 슬래그 볼을 입도 0.1~2.0mm 인 연마재로 선별하는 단계;로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 아토마이징 슬래그로 이루어진 연마재의 제조방법.
