Abstract
상대적으로 높은 옥탄 수를 가진 저 황 가솔린은 분해된, 황-함유 올리핀 성 납사로부터 수첨 탈황 및 그후의 몰리브덴과 조합된 ZSM-5와 같은 중간 기공크기 제올라이트를 함유한 산성 촉매상의 처리에 의하여 생성된다. 몰리브덴을 제올라이트와의 조합으로 사용하는 것은 코우킹(coking)을 낮추고 촉매의 수명을 연장시키는 것 및 다른 장점과 연관되어 촉매의 활성을 개선하는 것으로 밝혀졌다.

Claims (7)
- 가솔린 비등 범위의, 분해된 올레핀성 황-함유 공급 원료 분획을 수첨 탈황시켜 공급 원료에 비해 감소된 황 함량 및 감소된 옥탄 수를 가지며 보통의 액체 분획을 함유하는 중간 생성물을 생성시키고, 중간 생서울의 가솔린 비등 범위 부분을 중간 기공 제올라이트를 함유한 산성 촉매와 접촉시켜 중간 생성물의 가솔린 비등 범위 분획보다 높은 옥탄 수를 가진 가솔린 비등 범위 생성물로 전환시켜 가솔린 비등 범위의, 분해된 올레피성 황-함유 공급 원료 분획을 개량시키는 방법에 있어서, 중간 기공 크기 제올라이트를 몰리브덴 성분과 조합하여 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제올라이트 촉매가 알루미노실리케이트 ZSM-5를 함유한 ZSM-5 촉매인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 중간 기공 크기 제올라이트 촉매가 촉매의 중량에 대하여 1 내지 15중량%의 몰리브덴을 함유하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 중간 생성물을 150 내지 480℃의 온도, 170 내지 10,445kPaa의 압력, 0.5 내지 10hr-1LHSV의 공간 속도 및 0 내지 890nll-1의 수소 : 탄화수소 비에서 중간 기공 제올라이트 촉매와 접촉시키는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 가솔린 비등 범위에서 비등하는 생성물 분획의 총 황 함량이 100ppmw 이하인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 공급 원료가 50ppmw 이상의 황 함량, 5% 이상의 올레핀 함량 및 160℃ 이상의 95% 포인트를 가지는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 공급 원료가 175℃ 이상의 95 포인트, 10 내지 20중량%의 올레핀 함량, 100 내지 5,000ppmw의 황 함량 및 5 내지 250ppmw의 질소 함량을 가지는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
