Abstract

전기 차량 전지(10)은 내부 압력 방출 및 스프링(38) 분리 장치를 특징으로 하는데, 상기 장치는 전지(10) 파손 및 파열을 막도록 공기에 대한 다양한 압력을 방출하며, 내부적 과열, 과도한 전류 유도등으로 인해, 전지(10)을 통하는 전류 흐름을 또한 차단한다. 전지(10)은 내부적 과열 및 다른 내부적 비정상적인 현상 다음에 내부적으로 재 접속된다. 선택적인 실시에는 전기 차량 전지(10)을 진공의 도움으로 충전시키는 장치 및 방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (20)

  1. a. 경사진 부재, 음극 전류 단부 플레이트, 음극 접촉부 및 폐쇄 링을 순서대로 갖는 케이스와: b. 상기 케이스의 최하면에 음극 전류 콜렉터와: c. 상기 케이스의 심축 홀 주위로 상기 음극 전류 콜렉터와 결합하는 음전극 및 제 2격리판을 순서대로 엇갈려서 갖는 전극 어셈블리와: d. 상기 케이스에 스프링 태브를 가지며 상기 양전극과 결합하는 양극 전류 콜렉터와: e. 상기 케이스에 스프링과: f. 상기 케이스에 결합된 벤트 펠릿을 갖는 밀봉 링 및 밀봉재와: g. 상부 밀폐 링 및 상기 스프링 태브와 전기적으로 접속하는 양극 접촉 부재를 포함하는데, 상기 음전극 및 양전극은 서로 옵셋되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 전지.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 전지는 니켈 카드뮴인 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 전지.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전지는 니켈 금속 수소화물인 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 전지.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전지는 은 금속 수소화물인 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 전지.
  5. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전지는 리튬 이온인 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 전지.
  6. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전지는 리튬 중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 전지.
  7. a. 경사진 부재, 음극 전류 단부 플레이트, 음극 접촉부 및 폐쇄 링을 순서대로 갖는 케이스와: b. 상기 케이스의 최하면에 위로 향해 연장하는 V형 홈을 갖는 음극 전류 콜렉터와: c. 상기 케이스의 축심 홀 주위로 상기 음극 전류 콜렉터와 결합하는 음전극 및 제 2 격리판을 순서대로 엇갈려서 갖는 전극 어셈블리와: d. 상기 케이스에 스프링 태브 및 아래로 향해 연장하는 V형 홈을 가지며 상기 양전극과 결합하는 양극 전류 콜렉터와: e. 상기 케이스에 스프링과: f. 상기 케이스와 결합하는 벤트 펠릿을 갖는 밀봉 링 및 밀봉재와: g. 상부 폐쇄 링 및 상기 스프링 태브와 전기적으로 접속하는 양극 접촉 부재를 포함하는데, 상기 음전극 및 양전극은 서로 옵셋되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 전지.
  8. 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 전지는 니켈 카드뮴인 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 전지.
  9. 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 전지는 니켈 금속 수소화물인 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 전지.
