Claims (5)
- 케이스와,상기 케이스 내에 위치하고 양극, 세퍼레이터, 음극이 감겨진 전극 조립체와,상기 케이스 내의 전극 조립체의 상측에 위치하는 것으로서, 상기 양극과 접촉되는 메시 형상의 양극 그리드와 이 양극 그리드를 지지하는 도전성 양극 집전판을 구비하는 양극 집전체와,상기 케이스의 상부에 위치하고 상기 양극 집전체에 전기적으로 연결되는 양극 단부 플레이트와,상기 케이스 내의 전극 조립체의 하측에 위치하는 것으로서, 상기 음극과 접촉되는 메시 형상의 음극 그리드와 이 음극 그리드를 지지하는 도전성 음극 집전판을 구비하는 음극 집전체와,상기 케이스의 하부에 위치하고 상기 음극 집전체에 전기적으로 연결되는 양극 단부 플레이트를 구비하여 된 것을 특징으로 하는 2차전지 조립체.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 전극 조립체의 상부에서 상기 양극이 음극보다 소정길이 돌출 형성되고,상기 전극 조립체의 하부에서 상기 음극이 양극보다 소정길이 돌출 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 2차 전지 조립체.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 양극 단부 플레이트는 상기 양극 집전체로부터 소정 간격 이격되어 설치되고,상기 양극 단부 플레이트와 상기 양극 집전체의 양극 집전판사이에 개재되는 플렉시블한 도전성 부재가 더 마련되며,상기 양극 그리드가 상기 극판 조립체의 양극에 확실하게 접촉되도록 상기 양극 집전판과 상기 양극 단부 플레이트 사이의 공간에 압축 스프링이 개재된 것을 특징으로 하는 2차 전지 조립체.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 양극 그리드 및 음극 그리드의 재질은 니켈, 구리, 알루미늄으로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택된 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 2차 전지 조립체.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 양극 그리드는 상기 양극 집전판의 하측면에 용접결합되고,상기 음극 그리드는 상기 음극 집전판의 상측면에 용접결합된 것을 특징으로 하는 2차 전지 조립체.
