Abstract

산성모노머들의 염, 산성모노머염들로 이루어진 혼합물 및 산성모노머들과 이들의 염으로 이루어진 혼합물로부터 선택되는 방화 유효량의 모노머 조성물이 그라프트된 폴리머를 포함하는 방화성 중합수지에 관한 것이 기술되어 있다.
또한, 관련된 첨가제들에 괸해서도 기술되어 있다.

Description

방화성 중합 수지(Fire Retardant Polymeric Resin)
[도면의 간단한 설명]
제1도는 안트라센(anthracene)의 부재하에 그라프트 수율에 대한 그라프팅시간과 MAA의 농도의 효과를 도시한 그래프이고; 여기에서 그라프트 반응은 100℃에서 1시간 동안 수행되었다.
제2도는 실온과 100℃에서 수산화나트륨의 처리에 의해 제조된 소듐메타크릴레이트 그라프트의 TGA 잔기를 도시한 그래프이며, 여기에서 최대 온도는 800℃이다.

Claims (9)

  1. 산성모노머들의 염, 산성모노머의 염들로 이루어진 혼합물 및 산성모노머들과 이들의 염으로 된 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 방화 유효량의 모노머 조성물이 그라프트된 폴리머를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방화성 중합수지.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 산성모노머들은 아크릴산, 메타크릴산, 비닐술폰산 및 페닐비닐포스폰산으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 산성비닐 모노머들인 것을 특징으로 하는 수지.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리머는 엘라스토머, 엘라스토머와 열가소성수지의 블렌드, 엘라스토머와 열가소성 수지의 그라프트 코폴리머, 열가소성 엘라스토머, 열가소성 엘라스토머 블렌드 또는 이를의 혼합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 수지는 그라프트되는 아크릴산염 또는 메타크릴산염을 함유한 아크릴로니트릴-부타디엔-스티렌 그라프트 코폴리머를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 모노머 조성물은 수지의 약 20중량%∼약 40중량%를 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, ASTM E 1354-92에 따른 코운 열량측정법의 수행동안 상기 수지에 의해 발생되는 연기의 양온 코운 열량측정법의 수행동안 상기 폴리머에 의해 발생되는 연기 양의 50% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 수지.
  7. 산성모노머들의 염, 산성모노머의 염들로 된 혼합물 및 산성모노머들과 이들의 염으로 된 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 모노머 조성물이 그라프트된 엘라스토머를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방화성 중합 첨가제.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 산성모노머들은 아크릴산, 메타크릴산, 비닐술폰산 및 페닐비닐포스폰산으로 이루어진 군으로부더 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 첨가제.
  9. 제10항에 있어서, 그라프트되는 아크릴산염 또는 메타크릴산염을 함유한 부타디엔 고무를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 첨가제.
