Claims (10)

  1. 하기 화학식(1)의 화합물(염):
    상기 식에서, n은 0,1,2 또는 3이고, R은 할로겐, 알킬 또는 알콕시이고, 주로 n이 1 이상인 경우 각각 다른 치환체 R에 대해 독립적이며, R1은 비치환되거나 치환된 탄화수소 라디칼 또는 비치환되거나 치환된 헤테로사이클릭 라디칼이고, R2는 아실 라디킬이고, R3은 수소 또는 C1-C5-알킬이고,은 금속 또는 암모늄이온이고, X 및 Y는 서로 독립적으로 할로겐, C1-C6-알킬, C1-C6-알콕시 또는 C1-C6-알킬티오이고, 마지막으로 언급된 세 개의 라디칼 각각은 비치환되거나, 또는 할로겐, C1-C4-알콕시 및 C1-C4-알킬티오로 구성된 그룹에서 선택된 하나 이상의 라디칼에 의해 치환되고, 또는 C3-C6-사이클로알킬, C2-C6-알케닐, C2-C6-알키닐, C2-C6-알케닐옥시, C2-C6-알키닐옥시, 모노- 또는 디(C1-C4-알킬)아미노이고, Z는 CH 또는 N이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, n은 0, 1 또는 2이고, R은 할로겐, C1-C3-알킬 또는 C1-C3-알콕시이고, R1은 C1-C6-알킬, C2-C6-알케닐, C2-C6-알키닐 또는 C3-C6-사이클로알킬이고, 마지막으로 언급된 4개의 라디칼 각각은 비치환되거나, 할로겐, CN, C1-C4-알콕시, C1-C4-할로알콕시, 모노-(C1-C4-알킬)아미노, 디(C1-C4-알킬)아미노, C1-C4-알킬설포닐, C1-C4-알킬설피닐, (C1-C4-알콕시)-카보닐, 아미노카보닐, 모노(C1-C4-알킬)아미노카보닐, 디(C1-C4-알킬)아미노카보닐, 비치환된 페닐, 치환된 페닐, 비치환된 헤테로사이클릭 라디칼 및 치환된 헤테로사이클릭 라디칼로 구성된 그룹에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 라디칼로 치환되고, 또는 3,4,5 또는 6개의 환 원자 및 헤테로 환 원자로서 하나의 산소 원자를 갖는 헤테로사이클릭 라디칼이고, 이 라디칼은 비치환되거나 C1-C4-알킬 그룹에서 선택된 하나 이상의 라디칼에 의해 치환되고, R2는 CO-R4, CO-OR5, CO-NR6R7또는 SO2-R8이고, R3는 H 또는 C1-C4-알킬이고, R4는 수소, C1-C6-알킬, C2-C6-알케닐, C2-C6-알키닐, C3-C6-사이클로알킬이고, 마지막으로 언급된 4개의 라디칼 각각은 비치환되거나 또는 할로겐, CN, C1-C4-알콕시, C1-C4-할로알콕시, 모노-(C1-C4-알킬)아미노, 디(C1-C4-알킬)아미노, C1-C4-알킬설포닐, C1-C4-알킬설피닐, (C1-C4-알콕시)카보닐, 아미노카보닐, 모노(C1-C4-알킬)아미노카보닐, 디(C1-C4-알킬)아미노카보닐, 페닐 및 치환된 페닐로 구성된 그룹에서 선택된 하나 이상의 라디칼에 의해 치환되거나, 또는 비치환되거나 치환된 페닐이고, R5는 수소를 제외하고 R4와 유사하고, R6및 R7은 서로 독립적으로 H, C1-C6-알킬, C2-C6-알케닐, C2-C6-알키닐이고, 마지막으로 언급된 세 개의 라디칼 각각은 비치환되거나 또는 할로겐(예:F, Cl 및 Br) 및 CN, C1-C4-알콕시, C1-C4-할로알콕시, 모노(C1-C4-알킬)아미노, 디(C1-C4-알킬)아미노, C1-C4-알킬설포닐, C1-C4-알킬설피닐, (C1-C4-알콕시)카보닐, 아미노카보닐, 모노(C1-C4-알킬)아미노카보닐 및 디(C1-C4-알킬)아미노카보닐로 구성된 그룹에서 선택된 하나 이상의 라디칼에 의해 치환되거나, 또는 R6및 R7은 이들이 결합된 질소 원자와 함께 4 내지 8개의 환 원자로 이루어진 비치환되거나 또는 치환된 헤테로사이클릭 환이고, 이는 치환체를 포함하여 18개까지의 탄소 원자를 갖고, R8은 C1-C5-알킬 또는 C2-C5-알케닐이고, 마지막으로 언급된 두 개의 라디칼 각각은 비치환되거나 또는 할로겐, C1-C4-알콕시, C1-C4-할로알콕시, 모노(C1-C4-알킬)아미노 및 디(C1-C4-알킬)아미노로 구성된 그룹에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 라디칼로 치환되고,은 알칼리 금속 또는 알칼리 토금속의 양이온 등가물이거나, 또는 NH4 +,1/2Zn2+, RoNH3 +, Ro 2NH2 +, Ro 3NH+또는 Ro 4N+이고, Ro는 C1-C6-알킬 또는 벤질이고, X 및 Y는 서로 독립적으로 할로겐, C1-C4-알킬, C1-C4-알콕시 또는 C1-C4-알킬티오이고, 마지막으로 언급된 세 개의 각각의 라디칼은 비치환되거나 또는 할로겐, C1-C4-알콕시 및 C1-C6-알킬티오로 구성된 그룹에서 선택된 하나 이상의 라디칼에 의해 치환되거나, 또는 모노- 또는 디(C1-C4-알킬)-아미노, C1-C6-사이클로알킬, C2-C5-알케닐 또는 C2-C5-알키닐옥시이고, Z는 CH 또는 N인 화학식(1)의 화합물.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, R1은 C1-C6-알킬, C2-C6-알케닐, C2-C6-알키닐 또는 C3-C6-사이클로알킬이고, 마지막으로 언급된 4개의 라디칼 각각은 비치환되거나 또는 F, Cl, Br, I, CN, OCH3, OCF3, N(CH3)2, SO2CH3, CO2CH3, CO2N(CH3)2및 페닐로 구성된 그룹에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 라디칼에 의해 치환되고, 또는 일반식(A1) 내지 (A7)의 라디칼이고,

  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, R1은 C1-C6-알킬이고, R2는 CO-R4, CO-OR5, CO-NR6R7또는 SO2-R8이고, R3는 H이고,은 Na+, K+,1/2Mg2+, 1/2Ca2+, NH4 +, H2NEt2 +, H3NC4H9 +, NH(C2H5)3 +, N(C2H5)4 +, N(CH3)4 +, 또는 HN(CH3)3 +이고, R0는 C1-C6-알킬이고, X 및 Y는 OCH3, OC2H5, SCH3, NHCH3, N(CH3)2, CH3또는 OCH2CF3인 화학식(1)의 화합물.
  5. 화학식(2)의 화합물을 화학식(3)의 적합한 염기와 반응시키거나, 암모늄 염의 경우 이 화합물을 암모니아 또는 유기 아민과 상응하게 반응시킴을 포함함을 특징으로 하는, 제1항 내지 제4항에서 정의된 바와 같은 화학식(1)의 화합물을 제조하는 방법:

  6. 하기 식(1) 내지 (6) 중의 하나에 제시된 바와 같은 반응을 수행하는 것을 포함함을 특징으로 하는, 화학식(2)의 화합물을 제조하는 방법:

  7. 제6항에 있어서, 화학식(11)의 화합물을 일반식(R4CO)2O의 아실화제의 존재하에 니트로 그룹 상에서 촉매적으로 수소첨가 반응시키고 생성물을 아실화제로 반응시키는 방법.
  8. 제1항 내지 제4항 중 한 항에 따른 하나 이상의 화학식(1)의 화합물 및 농작물 보호에 통상적으로 사용되는 제형화 보조제를 포함하는, 제초성 또는 식물 성장 조절 조성물.
  9. 제1항 내지 제4항 중 한 항에 따른 하나 이상의 화학식(1)의 화합물의 유효량을 유해한 식물 또는 식물들, 이를 식물의 종자 또는 식물이 자라는 영역에 도포하는 것을 포함함을 특징으로 하는, 유해한 식물을 방제하거나 식물의 성장을 조절하는 방법.
  10. 제초제 또는 식물 성장 조절제로서 제1항 내지 제4항 중 한 항에 따른 화학식(1)의 화합물의 용도.
