Abstract

회로기판에 설치하기 위한 커넥터 어레이(10)는 도전성 시라우드(6) 및 2개의 전기 커넥터(12 및 14)를 포함한다. 시라우드는 2개의 커넥터(12,14) 및 일측 커넥터의 리이드를 타측 커넥터의 리이드(38)로부터 분리시키는 도전성 제1플레이트를 포함한다. 시라우드는 회로기판(18)상의 그라운드 회로를 전기적으로 결합시키는 납땜테일(68)을 포함한다. 도전성 제2플레이트(64)는 제1플레이트(60)에 평행하게 이격되어 있다. 컨텍트(72,80)는 제1 및 제2플레이트의 연부로부터 연장하며 아울러 메모리카드(28,30)가 2커넥터들과 취합하였을때 컨텍트들이 2개메모리카드의 외부 도전성 표면과 전기적으로 결합하는 구성을 갖는다. 2커넥터는 2커넥터의 하우징의 외벽에 형성된 개구(52)과 간섭결합하는 상태로 있는 1쌍의 클립(50)에 의해 수직 적층위치로 고정된다.

제1도는 본 발명의 기술을 가미한 2커넥터 어레이 및 시라우드의 사시도,
제2도는 제1도의 커넥터 어레이를 180° 회전시켜 둘레에 삽입되는 2메모리 카드를 보여주는 사시도,
제3도는 제2도의 3-3선을 따라 취한 횡단면도.

Claims (14)

  1. 각기 회로기판상의 회로와 전기적으로 결합하기 위한 시그널 운반세트를 가지는 다수의 전기 커넥터와 함께 사용되는 도전성 그라운드 평면 시라우드로서, 상기 시라우드는 상기 회로 기판상의 그라운드 회로와 전기적으로 결합하도록 구성되어서 상기 핀들에 대해 그라운드 기준부를 제공하고, 상기 각 커넥터는 전기 모듈을 수용되어 전기적인 결합을 이루도록 구성된 상기 시라우드에 있어서; (a) 도전성 층에 상기 커넥터들과 그들의 각 시그널 운방 핀 세트를 분리시키고; 그리고 (b) 컨택트가 시라우드로부터 연장하여서 상기 전기 모듈을 상기 인접한 전기 커넥터 각각과 취합되었을 때 상기 각 전기모듈의 외부표면과 결합하도록 되어진 것을 특징으로 하는 시라우드.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전기모듈이 메모리 카드인 것을 특징으로 하는 시라우드.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다수의 전기 커넥터가 제1 및 제2전기커넥터를 적층된 관계로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시라우드.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 도전성층이 상기 2적층 커넥터들 사이에 연장된 제1플레이드이고, 상기 제1플레이트는 상기 시라우드가 그곳에 부착되었을때 상기 회로기판에 평행하고 그리고 그의 제1연부로부터 상기 회로기판을 향해 연장하는 만곡부분을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 시라우드.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 시라우드의 상기 만곡부분으로부터 연장하여 상기 회로기판상의 그라운드 회로에 전기적으로 결합하기 위한 테일을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시라우드.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 몇몇 컨택트는 상기 제1연부에 마주한 상기 제1플레이트의 제2연부로부터 연장하고, 상기 시라우드는 상기 제1플라이트로부터 평행하게 이격된 도전성 제2플레이트를 포함하고, 다른 컨택트들은 상기 제2플레이트의 제3연부로부터 연장하고, 상기 제3연부는 상기 제2연부위에 수직으로 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 시라우드.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 각 컨택트들이 각각 상기 제1 및 제2플레이트에 대해 약 90° 내지 약 180° 사이의 만곡부를 가지는 탄성부분을 포함하여서, 상기 시라우드가 상기 회로기판과 결합상태로 있을때 상기 컨택트가 상기 플레이트와 상기 회로기판 사이에 위치하게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 시라우드.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 몇몇 컨택트가 상기 제1커넥터와 취합하였을때, 제1전기 모듈의 외부 도전성 표면과 전기적으로 결합하도록 구성되고 타측 컨텍트들은 상기 제2커넥터와 취합하였을대 제2전기 모듈의 외부 도전성 표면과 전기적으로 결합하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 시라우드.
  9. 2 전기 모듈의 전기 소자를 회로기판상의 회로에 상호접속시키기 위한 커넥터어레이가 : (a) 각기 상기 각 전기모듈을 수용하도록 구성되고 아울러 상기 전기소자들을 전기적으로 결합하기 위한 터미널을 가지며 그리고 상기 터미널에 부착되어 상기 회로기판상의 회로를 전기적으로, 결합하도록한 리이드를 가지는, 적층관계로 있는 제1 및 제2전기커넥터; 및 (b) 상기 제1 및 제2커넥터와 타측 커넥터의 리이드로부터 각 커넥터의 리이들을 분리시키는 제1평판을 가지는 도전성 시라우드를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 커넥터 어레이.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 각 전기 모듈이 외부 도전성 표면을 가지는 메모리 카드인 것을 특징으로 하는 커넥터 어레이.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 시라우드가 상기 제1플레이트로부터 이격된 제2플레이트를 포함하고, 제1다수의 컨택트들은 상기 제1플레이트의 제1연부로부터 연장되고 제2다수의 컨택트들은 상기 제2플레이트의 제2연부로부터 연장하고, 상기 컨택트들은 제1메모리카드가 상기 제1커넥터와 취합 했을때 상기 제1다수의 컨택트가 상기 제1메모리카드의 외부표면과 전기적인 결합상태로 있도록 그리고 상기 제2메모리카드가 상기 제2다수의 컨택트와 취합했을 때 상기 제2다수의 상기 제2메모리카드의 외부표면과 전기적인 결합상태로 있도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 커넥터 어레이.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2의 다수의 컨택트의 컨택트가 각기 상기 제1 및 제2플레이트에 대해 약 90° 내지 약 180° 사이의 만곡부를 가지는 탄성부분을 포함하여서, 상기 컨택트가 상기 제1 및 제2커넥터가 상기 회로기판과 결합된 상태로 있을때 상기 각각의 플레이트와 상기 회로기판 사이에 위치하여 지게 된 것을 특징으로 하는 커넥터 어레이.
  13. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 시라우드가 시라우드로부터 연장된 테일을 포함하여서 상기 회로기판상은 그라운드회로와 전기적으로 결합하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 커넥터 어레이.
  14. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 각각의 제1 및 제2커넥터가 외방으로 향하는 벽들 및 벽에 형성된 개구를 가져서 2커넥터가 수직으로 적층된 관계로 있을때 인접한 벽들의 개구들이 정렬되도록 구성된 하우징, 및 상기 개구들을 간섭가능하게 결합하여 상기 제1 및 제2커넥터들이 상기 수직으로 적층된 관계로 고정되도록 하는 클립부재들을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 커넥터 어레이.
