Abstract

본 발명은 뛰어난 슬라이딩성 및 내마모성을 가지며, 심지어 파트너 슬라이딩 부품의 재료가 임의 유형의 플라스틱 또는 금속일 때에도 고 하중 및 고 슬라이딩 속도 조건하에서 사용될 때 마모 및 마모에 의해 야기된 삐꺽거리는 소음등의 문제점이 없는 성형품을 제공할 수 있는 폴리아세탈 수지 조성물에 관한 것이다. 상기 수지는 폴리아세탈 수지 100중량부당 올레핀계 엘라스토머 0.5 내지 15중량부, 적어도 12개의 탄소 원자를 가지는 지방산 에스테르 0.1 내지 5.0중량부 및 필요에 따라 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌 미분말 0.05 내지 5.0 중량부를 함유한다.

Claims (6)

  1. 폴리아세탈 수지 100 중량부당 올레핀계 엘라스토머 0.5 내지 15중량부 및 적어도 12개의 탄소 원자를 가지는 지방산 에스테르 0.1 내지 5.0중량부를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 폴리아세탈 수지 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 올레핀계 엘라스토머의 점도가 고무 무늬 점도로 50이하임을 특징으로 하는 폴리아세탈 수지 조성물.
  3. 폴리아세탈 수지 100중량부당 올레핀계 엘라스토머 0.5 내지 15중량부, 적어도 12개의 탄소 원자를 가지는 지방산 에스테르 0.1 내지 5.0중량부, 및 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌 미분말 0.05 내지 5.0중량부를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 폴리아세탈 수지 조성물.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 올레핀계 엘라스토머의 점도가 고무 무늬 점도로 50 이하임을 특징으로 하는 폴리아세탈 수지 조성물.
  5. 슬라이딩 부품이 플라스틱 또는 금속으로 이루어진 부품에 대해 슬라이딩하고, 폴리아세탈 수지 100중량부당 올레핀계 엘라스토머 0.5 내지 15중량부 및 적어도 12개의 탄소 원자를 가지는 지방산 에스테르 0.1 내지 5.0 중량부를 함유하는 폴리아세탈 수지로부터 제조됨을 특징으로 하는 폴리아세탈 슬라이딩 부품.
  6. 슬라이딩 부품이 플라스틱 또는 금속으로 이루어진 부품에 대해 슬라이딩하고, 폴리아세탈 수지 100중량부당 올레핀계 엘라스토머 0.5 내지 15중량부, 적어도 12개의 탄소 원자를 가지는 지방산 에스테르 0.1 내지 5.0중량부, 및 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌 미분말 0.05 내지 5.0중량부를 함유하는 폴리아세탈 수지 조성물로부터 제조됨을 특징으로 하는 폴리아세탈 수지 슬라이딩 부품.
