Abstract
본 발명은 휘발유의 첨가제로써 또는 연료용으로써의 화합물을 제공한다.
상기 화합물은 하기 분자식
로 표시되며, 여기서 R은 CH3, C3H6, C6H10및 C10H18; R1은 카르보닐기; R2는 H 또는 -OH(수산기); R3는 지방족화합물 또는 규소화합물이다. 본 발명품은 압력반응을 통해 형성되어, 에너지 고리를 만들고 원래 분자구조를 변화시켜 닫힌 고리를 형성한다. 반응기작에 따르면, 조성이 알코올 약 40-70%, 케톤 및 에테르 약 2.5-18%, 지방족화합물 및 규소화합물 약 4-20%를 포함하고 있는 혼합물이 제공된다. 상기 혼합물은 탄소 2-10개, 수소 3-18개 및 산소 3-16개를 포함한다. 또한, 상기 혼합물은 휘발유에 첨가되어 연료 혼합물을 제공한다. 상기 연료 혼합물은 첨가 혼합물을 70부피%까지 포함한다. 본 발명의 휘발유에 첨가될 때, 상기 화합물은 엔진의 출력을 증가시키고 엔진에서 나오는 오염물질의 양을 감소시킨다.

제1도는 엔진 회전속도 800rpm에서 본 발명을 첨가한 95#무연휘발유를 사용해서 A14인젝션(injection)엔진에서 방출되는 질소산화물과 일산화탄소 및 탄화수소의 농도를 경과 시간에 대해 나타낸 그림이다.
Claims (14)
- 알코올 약 20-70%, 케톤 및 에테르 약 2.5-20%, 지방족화합물 및 규소화합물 약 0.03-20%, 톨루엔 약 5-20%, 미네랄 스피리트(mineral spirits) 약 4-45%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 표준형 휘발유 엔진의 개조가 필요없고, 휘발유에 첨가되어 내연기관의 휘발유의 성능을 개선시키는데 사용되는, 알코올을 기본으로 하는 연료 첨가제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 알코올이 메탄올 및 에탄올이며, 메탄올의 함유량은 첨가제의 약 20-70%, 에탄올의 함유량은 약 0.05-0.35%인 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 첨가제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 케톤이 아세톤, 부탄온, 사이클로헥산온 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 첨가제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 지방족화합물의 미네랄 스피리트(mineral spirits), 디하이드릭 알코올 및 트리베이직 알코올을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 첨가제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 규소화합물이 (-Si-O-)n이며, 여기서 n은 4 이상이고, 그 함유량이 첨가제의 약 0.03-1%인 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 첨가제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 첨가제가 하기 기본식로 표시되며, 여기서 R이 CH3, C3H6, C7H8, C6H10및 C10H18; R1은 카르보닐기; R2가 H 또는 -OH; R3가 지방족화합물 또는 규소화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 첨가제.

- 알코올을 기본으로 하는 연료 첨가제 약 15-70부피% 및 휘발유 약 30-85부피%로 이루어지며, 상기 연료 첨가제가 알코올 약 20-70%, 케톤 및 에테르 약 2.5-20% 지방족화합물 및 규소화합물 약 0.03-20%, 톨루엔 약 5-20%, 미네랄 스피리트(mineral spirits) 약 4-45%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 조성물.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 알코올이 메탄올 및 에탄올이며, 메탄올의 함유량은 첨가제의 약 20-70%, 에탄올의 함유량은 약 0.05-0.35%인 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 조성물.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 케톤이 아세톤, 부탄온, 사이클로헥산온 및 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 조성물.
