Abstract

본 발명은 석회유에 제1물질을 첨가한후, 탄산가스를 도입하여 전현입경이 0. 04㎛의 교질 탄산칼슘을 제조후, 다시 석회유를 10∼100부/CaCO3100부 첨가한 다음 (이하 (A)라함), 이(A)현탁액에 제2물질을 함유한 탄산수(이하 (B))를 연속적으로 혼합반응시키는 조작을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 0. 1∼1. 0㎛의 탄산칼슘 제조법을 제공한다. 본 발명에서 얻어지는 0. 1∼1. 0㎛의 탄산칼은 접착제, 도료, 잉크, 제지용 이외에 플라스틱, 특히 PET필름용 충전제로서 우수한 기능성을 발휘한다

Claims (7)

  1. 석회유에 제1물질을 첨가한후, 탄산가스를 도입하여 전현입경이 0. 04㎛의 교질 탄산칼슘을 제조후, 다시 석회유를 10∼100부/CaCO3100부 첨가한 다음 (이하 (A)라함), 이(A)현탁액에 제2물질을 함유한 탄산수(이하 (B))를 연속적으로 혼합반응시키는 조작을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 0. 1∼1. 0㎛의 탄산칼슘 제조법
  2. 제1물질이 글루타민산소다 또는 설탕 또는 그의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항에 기재한 0. 1∼1. 0㎛의 탄산칼슘 제조법
  3. 제2물질이 폴리아크릴산소다 또는 중탄산염 또는 그들의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항또는 제2항에 기재한 0. 1∼1. 0㎛의 탄산칼슘 제조법
  4. (A)현탁액이 5∼15중량%, 40-55℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재한
    0. 1∼1. 0㎛의 탄산칼슘 제조법
  5. (B)액이 40∼55°인 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항또는 제2항에 기재한 0. 1∼1. 0㎛의 탄산칼슘 제조법
  6. (A)현탄액과 (B)액이 연속적 반응시의 pH가 8∼11인 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항또는 제2항에 기재한 0. 1∼1. 0㎛의 탄산칼슘 제조법
  7. 상기 제1항의 반응을 수단계 반복하므로써 0. 04㎛의 탄산칼슘을 0. 1∼1. 0㎛ 사이의 임의의 입경으로 성장시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항또는 제2항에 기재한 0. 1∼1. 0㎛의 탄산칼슘 제조법
