Abstract

약제가 일단 셔터 위에 떨어지면 약제가 셔터로부터 되튕겨지는 것을 방지하여 약제가 가능한한 신속히 셔터위에서 안정화될 수 있는, 가이드 통로에 제공된 셔터를 갖는 약제포장기, 셔터는 연질의 유연한 실리콘수지로 만들어진 판형상 본체 및 이 본체 위에 형성된 테플론수지 코팅층으로 구성된다. 이러한 셔터는 약제가 셔터위에 떨어질 때 충격을 흡수할 수 있고 약제가 셔터 위에 떨어질 때 되튕겨지는 것을 방지할 수 있다. 따라서 약제가 셔터 위에 떨어진 후에 신속히 안정화된다.

제1도는 본 발명에 따른 약제 포장기의 구체예의 개략도이다. 제2도는 가이드 통로내의 셔터 및 약제 공급기의 개략도이다. 제3a도는 셔터의 단면도이다. 제3b도는 상이한 유형의 셔터의 단면도이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 약제를 보관하기 위한 복수의 약제 공급기, 이 약제 공급기중의 어떤 것으로 부터 배출된 약제가 떨어지는 가이드 통로, 폐쇄된 위치와 개방위치 사이에서 이동 할 수 있도록 상기 가이드통로에 제공되고 폐쇄된 위치에 있을 때 상기 공급기중의 어떤 것으로부터 배출된 약제를 수용하고 개방 위치로 이동할 때 수용된 약제를 떨어지게 하는데 적합한 셔터, 개방과 폐쇄된 위치 사이에서 상기 셔터를 이동시키기 위한 셔터구동수단 및 상기 셔터가 상기 셔터 구동수단에 의해 개방 위치로 이동할 때 상기 셔터로부터 떨어진 약제를 수용하고 포장하기 위한 상기 가이드통로 밑에 제공된 포장유니트로 이루어지고, 상기 셔터는 충격 흡수성 재료로 만들어진 본체와 이 본체의 표면에 제공되고 상기 충격 흡수성 재료 보다 경질의 재료로 만들어진 코팅층으로 이루어지는 약제 포장기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 셔터는 매끄러운 상면을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 약제 포장기.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 본체는 유연한 실리콘수지로 만들어지고 상기 코팅층은 테플론수지로 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 약제 포장기.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 테플론 코팅층은 소성에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 약제 포장기.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 본체는 실리콘수지로 만들어지고, 상기 코팅층은 이 본체에 적층된 테플론수지의 시트인 것을 특징으로 하는 약제 포장기.
