Abstract

본 발명은 차량에 아웃사이드 미러를 장착하는 베이스플레이트의 구조에 관한 것으로, 미러가 삽입설치되어 소정의 곡면을 이루는 하우징(1)의 하부쪽 홈에 강제끼움식으로 끼워져 고정되는 어뎁터(2)가 있으며, 이 어뎁터(2)의 하부면과 수직벽부 외측에는 수개의 결합홈(2a)이 형성되어, 이 결합홈(2a)에 차체의 도어프레임과 체결되는 베이스브라켓트(3)가 접합되는 바, 상기 어뎁터(2)의 수평면에는 상기 하우징(1)의 홈에 끼워지는 장착봉(2b)이 돌출성형되어 있으며, 상기 베이스브라켓트(3)의 외측면에도 어뎁터(2)의 결합홈(2a)과 대응되는 결합홈(3a)이 형성되어 서로 끼워짐과 더불어 접합되는 구조로 되어, 상기 베이스플레이트를 플라스틱과 같은 가벼운재질로 성형하여 중량감소에 따라 미러의 진동이 감소되고, 이 진동의 감소로 운전자의 시계상황이 좋아질 뿐만아니라 베이스 플레이트를 성형하는 원가가 절감되며, 또 외관도 미려해진다는 효과가 있는 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 수직상방향으로 돌출성형되어 아웃사이드 미러의 하우징(1)과 체결되는 장착봉(2b)이 구비된 어넵터(2)와, 이 어뎁터(2)의 외측면에 형성된 수개의 결합홈(2a)에 삽입 부착되어지며 일측부의 위치고정부재(3b)에 의하여 차체의 도어패널에 장착되는 베이스브라켓트(3)로 이루어진 아웃사이드 미러의 베이스플레이트구조.
