종래의 진동과 소음을 차단하기 위한 제진재는 단순히 고분자를 재료로한 필름이나 쉬트혹은 부직포등을 제진조성물층의 상층부에 적층시켜 제진재로 사용하여 왔으나 본 발명의 제진재는 알루미늄박(1)과 부직포 또는 섬유휄트, 공극율이 높은 화학 펄프지로 이루어진 흡음층(3)을 고분자 접착제(2)로 접착시켜 삼층구조의 흡. 차음 쉬트(A)를 제조하여 이를 다시 복층하고 그 사이에 글라스울이나 탄소섬유를 고분자 접착제를 사용하여 격자무늬 모양으로 삽입시켜 진동 및 소음 산란층(B)를 형성하여 그 아래에 제진층(C)을 두어 구속형 제진재 이면서 플렉시블하고 전주파수에 걸쳐 소음과 진동의 차단효과가 탁월한 복합 형구조의 다층화된 제진재를 구성토록 한 것이다.Conventionally, a vibration damping material for blocking vibration and noise has been used as a vibration damping material by simply laminating a film, a sheet or a nonwoven fabric made of a polymer material on an upper layer portion of a vibration damping composition layer.
