Abstract

본 발명은 키토올리고당 (키토산올리고당이라고도 함；chitosan oligosaccharide 혹은 chito oligosaccharide)을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 알콜성 장해 예방 및 치료제 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 조성물은 이외에도 바람직한 것으로 비타민 B 및/혹은 비타민 C를 함유할 수 있다. 본 발명에 따르는 조성물은 키토올리고당(키토산올리고당)과 비타민을 사용하기 때문에 기존의 진통제에서 야기되었던 각종 부작용이 없이 효과적으로 알콜성 장해 예방 및 치료를 할 수 있다. 또 술 제조시 이들을 첨가함으로 알콜성 장해를 예방할 수 있다.

Claims (9)

  1. 키톨리고당(키토산올리고당이라고도 함；chitosan oligosaccharide 혹은 chito ologosaccharide)을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 알콜성 장해 예방 및 치료제 조성물.
  2. 술 제조 혹은 제조된 술에 알콜성 장해 보호를 할수 있는 키토올리고당을 첨가하는 방법.
  3. 제1항과 제2항에 있어서, 추가로 비타민 B 및/혹은 비타민 C(비타민 C 유도체 포함한다)를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  4. 제1항에서 키토올리고당 기준으로 성인체중 kg당 0.02mg 내지 160mg을 음주전후 혹은 중간에 복용되도록 제형화 됨을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 키토올리고당 기준으로 술 6㎖당 0.02mg 내지 160mg을 술에 첨가하는 방법.
  6. 제3항에 있어서, 키토올리고당, 비타민 B, 비타민 C를 중량기준으로 1-1500：1-120：1-500의 비로 함유함을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  7. 제6항에서 키토올리고당, 비타민 B, 비타민 C를 중량기준으로 5-160 :3-40：1-300의 비로 함유함을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  8. 제1내지 7항 중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 추가로 적어도 하나의 담체를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 정제, 연질캅셀제 또는 액제로 제형화 할 수도 있음을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
